First time poppy seed tea

Hi there, thanks for stopping by and and sharing your thoughts…long term opioid addiction and I’m so sick of the garbage fentanyl and xylazine and whatever else is in the dope these days, I also have chronic pain (I have had my C5,C6,&C7 disks replaced and a metal cage in my spine, I have heard on and off over the years about poppyseed tea and it’s been mixed reviews, but I am not sure where or what kind to buy..I understand potency will vary, depending on the batch of poppyseed so I guess it’s a crapshoot but I am wondering if anyone has some rough guess for me and can also recommend what kind from what I have found out. I want to get a organic seeds because the organic seeds are not rinsed before packaging but what I have written is the extent of my knowledge can someone please help me

Just tried it for the First time yesterday. Sinne 2023 they regulate morphine content eu wide but one pack was okay for an opioid naive Person. Will try again soon.
