First time opana: How much?

Hey everyone, I have a quick question.

I take 20 to 30 mgs. of hydrocodone a day currently for pain (prescribed). My buddy just got prescribed 10 mg. Opana er. I was wanting to try it. I don't snort or I.V., what would be a good starter dose?

Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.
 
Oxymorphone is about 10 times stronger than hydrocodone both orally according to wikipedia. Since it's extended release you can probably edge towards the higher side unless you try and break it. I think use it to replace your normal hydro dose and then after it's fully kicked in boost with instant release hydro until you get where you want to be.
 
That 10mg Opana is 100mg's of Hydrocodone spread throughout the entire day. If you think you can handle that based on tolerance and such then I say just swallow one (do NOT break or tamper with the Opana, if you break the ER then you will possibly overdose) Opana is tricky, my first time (when I had a tolerance similar to yours (20-30mg of Hydro)) I shaved some off and did a small bump which had me puking so...just be very careful
 
^Please ensure you clarify that a 10mg Opana pill is equivalent to 100mgs of hydrocodone spread throughout the day and is not in fact a 8mg/h hydrocodone 12h preparation of some sort.

It should be pretty obvious but typos can be deadly :S
 
Just a warning. I did 30mg of opana and overdosed. It was terrible and i can handle 100mg of oxycodone. Everyone said dont do it dont go over board and whatever. I didnt listen i thought that last 10mg would be ok. Sure enough 12 hours of non-stop puking and pain.

Be very careful with these. Its easy to go over board. Dont be an idiot like me.
 
Mail them to me if your concerned. Risk everyones life by using the federal mail system to deliver scheduled narcotics. Oh how i wish that would happen without consequences. But in the real world, just take it slow it takes a little bit to take full effect so just dont do alot in one sitting, youll be fine.
