You're not really going to feel a "rush" from taking it orally. Just don't start with any more than 20mg. If I were you I would take 10 or 15 at first.

What you mean not a "rush" many ppl said it will happen ? How come u say it won't?

Pd: remmeber its my first time doing vikes. And first time ill take opiods
 
What I consider a rush is when you get a very intense surge of euphoria and pressure (can't find a better word) over a couple seconds. Like when you do a shot of heroin for example. Taking hydrocodone orally will not get you that intense feeling. That doesn't mean it won't get you high, though. All I'm saying is that the effects are going to gradually kick in.
 
If you're expecting any effects that resemble DXM you're going to be pleasantly surprised. I HAVE to smoke weed with my opiates, best combo, but like above poster said you might want to just get a feel for it the first time dealing with it.
 
There's absolutely nothing similar about Vicodin & DXM, lol.

& I'd recommend only taking 10mg of Vicodin, at least to start out with. You'd probably be fine taking 15mg, but I think the safest way to go is take 10mg then depending on how you feel another 5mg an hour or so after.

DON'T expect Vicodin to get you really fucked up though or anything. Vicodin will definitely give you an "Opiate Buzz", but not so much of an Opiate high. The worst thing you could probably do is just keep taking more & more Vicodin until you get fucked up out of your mind... 'cause you won't get fucked up out of your mind on Vicodin unless you manage to overdose, in which case you'll be fucked up out of your mind in an absolutely MISERABLE sort of way.

& smoking weed with Vicodin is of course fine. In fact, I think the two go quite well together.
 
You really need to do some research on this obviously. 5-10mg will get you very high for your first time, no you will not "trip", you will get high. A warm, fuzzy, sedating high. And no, it will not make your heart rate higher because it is a CNS "Depressant", meaning it slows down your central nervous system. And you will only be able to find hydrocodone with APAP, unless you are very good friends with someone at a compounding pharmacy.
