I know my wife can take 5mg of hydrocodone and be knocked out. Even a 50mg tramadol sent her for a loop when she had bad headaches. But I don't even get pain relief under 40mg of hydrocodone. So it varies. Start low and work your way up. At least you'll have an idea for next time.

take 10mg ... unless you are a skinny midget then 5mg is good but thats the lowest dose they perscribe for wisdom teeth/etc for kids like 13 years old ! people often get 10mg norcos for wisdom teeth .. 5mg you will be dissapointed

If I take 10mg will I get the effects but not so intense or should I just go for 20 mg for first time and expirience a higher and intense effect?

I whant to feel like the heat wave in all my body when I do it with 10 mg I would get that?.


What about the after effects in first time are they. Like getting madness or being very disturbed?

As I stated up above, it is just HARD to recommend dosage without really knowing you. For me, 10mg is a waste of hydrocodone, cause it wouldn't even touch pain, let alone give a high. But that's me.

idk. I'd suggest splitting the difference. Go with 15mg, see how you feel. If it was too weak, next time you know to dose maybe at 20 or 25. It's hard to say.
 
how is the whole thing when u take it what exactly i need to be expecting?

10-15 minutes you should start to feel a warmth come over you. It will peak over 30 minutes after intake. If you smoke cigarettes, stock up on a pack as most people chainsmoke on opiates, and the ciggs seem to keep the high going.

I would also suggest breaking the pills in half, and drinking with a nice amount of water. This way it dissolves quicker, and it has a faster onset. I chew mine, but the taste is quite bad and I wouldnt want you throwing up this wonderful drug.

There is nothing to be afraid of. Nothing scary, you just feel amazing, and life is great. You may engage in more conversation, as I get "the talkies" and love talking to people.

whattttt i can belive itt hahahahah "the talkies" wow im so gona use that "the talkies " hehe its great never heard before here in panama we talk spanish so i only use to knew ppl said munches or some others but "the talkies" was great hehe thx fro the info buddy!
 
^With no tolerence 20mgs should give you a pretty good high. When comeing down off of opietes you might get a little anxiouse but a little bit of weed should help with that.
 
Don't do any more than 20mg. I would start at maybe 10mg and wait for a half hour or 45 minutes and see how you feel, then take another 10mg if you feel the need to.
 
i know i should satrt with 10mg but i heard many said 20mg to feel the rush and thats exactly what i want to feel the hting is that idk if i will freak out or something.
 
Yes, "the talkies." I would go though my whole phonebook while on vikes. Most ppl thought I was on coke, but vikes give you a stimulating high at first. I would take them at a decent hour so its not too late to call people if you get the "talkies" haha.
 
i was concernd about the effects...
do i need to drink water before i do it? or i can just do it whenever i can no matter what?
