8 years for $4 of cheese?! Man America is fucked, here in Melbourne Australia you work pretty fucking hard to go to jail. I used to score off a guy who pulled an armed robbery with a shotgun and only served 18 months and he had prior convictions!

pardons usually dont happen until a sitting president is on his way out of office as far as i know...she might have a long wait especially is obama is re-elected.
