First time. Need help on how to measure this score

I just got a bag of some shiny crystally supposed molly. Multiple people have been on it and say it's legit, one of them being on it for like 5 days in a row so I'ma assume because he used it in front of me even(not like that proves anything but still). It weighs out between .2 and .3 (scale spasms back forth and never stops). I'm also worried about taking too much so I figured the best way would be to measure it in capsule. I have some 25mg XR adderall capsules(white and orange, not clear) and was hoping to know how many mg they hold roughly. Also, does it need to be crushed into a powder before I do it? Just trying to be safe and have a good roll.

I have no tolerance and only weigh 130lbs. Thanks for any help.

If he used it for 5 days in a row and felt anything besides speedy badness by the 3rd (or so) day, then it probably isn't MDMA.

how much was the other dude taking and how much did the dude you got it off advise you to take? how many hits did he say you got yourself there?

i would crush it fine and split into either two or three lines.

you have somewhere between 200mg and 300mg...so get a calculator and do the math

if its good gear and your a newbie 100mg would be a good start dose...120 - 150mg will give you full effect
