First time MDMA dosage advice

My partner and I are planning to dose MDMA for the first time. Both of us have experience with psychedelics but not MDMA.

I came across the dosage calculator at mollymeasure.com . What do people think of this? They suggest significantly lower doses for first time...

Depends entirely upon the quality of your MDMA.

You should really test it first to determine that what you have is MDMA and not some research chemical(s).

If you have pills, take half at first, then take the other half only if you're feeling good after about an hour.

If you have powder or crystal MDMA, you need a set of milligram scales to weigh out your dosage. With decent stuff you should be flying on 100mg. With substandard stuff you may need much more, but best to start with 80mg and see how you go.



Start low, work up...
