For me I used phenibut for the 1st 2 days (after being off kratom for 2 days to wait for the full WD to kick in), and this helped with the anxiety big time. No more than that though or youll just feel ever worse. Other big hitter is kava, which if prepared the traditional way can relieve all the symptoms of kratom withdrawal, so I would use that at night if you do get some. Ashwaghanda might help too, wouldnt hurt at least and I used this as well, along with black seed oil and cats claw. Black seed oil and turmeric extract might be a good combo to throw in , I take both of these daily anyways but I increased the dosages during my wd period.
Weed can help if you can tolerate its effect without too much anxiety, as one of the worst aspects to me besides the RLS was the sheer boredom throughout the withdrawal, not being entertaining by anything. I didnt have any the 1st time but when I took a sudden break again this was helpful. Exercise is an absolute must too.
