i want to get sedated on it instead of being stimuater, im 5ft9 220lbs so how many of these thai capsules should i take?

How much kratom is there in each capsule? Is it an extract (if so you should be able to find out how potent it is, for example X15 extract) or is it dried plant matter?
With dried leaf I'd start out with 5grams to see how you react, this can be upped to about 10grams but you should definitely not exceed that the first time.
With a (15X) extract you can dose less for the same effects. I'd say 2grams about equals 5grams of dried leaf, so maximum 4grams. Make sure it's a 15X extract if you were to follow this.

Different kratom is different, different capsules are different, and different people are different. It's pretty much trial and error. Better to take too little than too much. Do you have some more info about the capsules?

can i mix it with benzos? I havent had a benzo in a few hours

Which benzo? Their half lives vary from hours to days so saying you haven't had one in a few hours doesn't really help. Do you have a tolerance to benzos and/or opiates?
If you have a tolerance, you could add a benzo but don't take more than half your usual dose, or less if that does the trick. If you don't have a tolerance I would recommend not combining these as it's a potentially dangerous combination.

if u dnt want a stim high then thai was ur first mistake. go with a bali or indo
with that being said its really hard to tell since theres so many different qualitities and its pretty easy to get bunk kratom unless u go to a reputable vendor
if i were you id start with 5-7 caps and judge from there. many people say less is more with kratom

I had this issue. First off, I needed a slight tolerance before the anxiogenic speediness went away with Kratom, I initially would get anxious slightly and irratable when high. But now as long as I have a tolerance ( ex 30mg of hydrocodone is a buzz, but far from nods) and use the red vein strains from high quality vendors, as well as something like diphenhydramine and Tagamet with it. The high is a relaxing bliss.
