First time Iv dilaudid Questions

ok so ive been an opiate addict for awhile, but never tried dilaudids till tonight, i usually just shoot Roxis or H.

so i got the 2 mg dilaudid's(little white pill, M 2 is the imprint) And i went to go shoot one but didnt feel that much, so my question is when i dissolve them in the water are they supposed to completely dissolve? cause i stirred for about 5 mins and there was still a little bit of clumped up powder sitting at the bottom of the spoon like there would be for a Roxi so i just licked it up.

also i hear 1mg of hydromorphone is equivalent to about 15mgs of oxycodone, is there any truth to this?

What does oxymorphone have to do with any of this? Dilaudid is hydromorphone.
 
You probably have a bit of an opiate tolerance, you would probably want to try 2mg to 4mg.

The inactive ingredients at the bottom should be avoided, and potentially filtered if you have cotton, or micron filters.
 
yeah it was a pretty low dosage but i was just wanting to be safe cause i never did them before and i heard they were kind of strong..while i did get a rush for a second, not much of a high followed that..i will probably either do 2 or 1 and a half before work tommorow.

So there will be leftover filler at the bottom and wont completely dissolve? im pretty confused cause ive seen alot of threads on this site that say they dont dissolve and then alot of others that say they dissolve so easily you could basically just drop the pill in the rig with water and shake.

I do dope and need 16mg of hydromorphone / dillies to get a nice rush. Maybe why you didn't feel that much. If you shoot 1 roxi then I'd say you would be fine shooting a 8mg dilly. But you should wait for someone else that does dillies more often to chirp in.
 
Ahhh Dillies....my favorite. Man, if you do H & roxy's I'm sure you have a pretty good tolerance. Like C.H. said, try upping your dose to 4 mg or maybe even 8 mg if you don't get anything from 4. One thing to keep in mind, You only (so it seems) get one real good rush per day doing dilles. I mean, if you wait like 8 hours between shots, then you might get just as good a rush on the second shot, but daily tolerance develops quickly. Overall tolerance isn't far behind. Do be careful though, and always micron filter when you can. Good luck.

All pills should be filtered every time. The stories about cold shaking Dilaudid go back decades; a very long time ago the pharmaceutical industry used to produce Hydromorphone "Solvets" (tablets specifically manufactured to 'cold shake') - though where the story most likely comes from is the fact that Knoll Laboratories Dilaudid tablets (the original K2's and K4's) had very benign inactive ingredients (they haven't been manufactured in years; even though Knoll still produces a handful of Hydromorphone products, the K2 and K4 tablets are out- other companies like Mallinckrodt, etc make Dilaudid tablets now).

The 'M2' tablets are the 2mg Hydromorphone pills made by Mallinckrodt Pharma. They contain:

-Lactose Monohydrate
-Magnesium Stearate *
-Microcrystalline Cellulose *
-Stearic Acid

*Ingredients that are often the cause of pill-injecting related health problems and emergencies.

All pills, including Hydromorphone tablets of any size or manufacturer, need to be treated the same and filtered. It is always best to use a micron filter over cotton.
 
Ive been doin ds everyday for bout a year now and heres a quick rundown.. since you dont do ds all the time shoot 4 mg. The rush from 4 mg is about the same as 8 mg, but the high just dnt last that long. the high from ds usually only lasts for about 2-4 hours. ppl who do ds usually only shoot them because they give you the best rush, but the high is pretty short. and you can get that rush more than once in a day, you just gtta space out the shots by about 4 hours. and that powder left over is just a filler, you can heat the shot up but dont over heat it, just let it bubble for like one second and all the white will dissolve but the feeling you get from the hot shot is the same as a cold shot and its an extrat step you dont gtta do. Long story short shoot 4 mg for the best rush and high, its not overwhelming and you wont regret it.
 
Question. What is a "dillie"? Also where does everyone get the micron filter? Does it just attach to the syringe? Sorry, I am quite ignorant about the "street" stuff and trying to educate myself a bit. I have only injected pure pharmaceutical IV dilauded and fentanyl. Never taken oral oxy or roxy. I love vicodin but do not have a free flowing supply. I recently had oral surgery and was happy to actually have a script. I must have a high tolerance, because I was able to take 8 at a time and really be fine. Of coarse, I am watchfull not to take more than 4000mg of tylenol in a 24 hr period. Anyway, I am rambling. Thank for the info...
 
yea dillaudid for me the rush gave me a maybe 10 min body high, i'd do two in the time it takes me to say a sentence so obv. that brings you do re-dosing a LOT a day. but you gotta be real careful of that shit, after my ex bf did mine he sat on the toilet to do his and started curling inward with his body, & unresponsive so I thought he was dead or dying. I've seen micron filters but I don't think I've ever used them, but that is probably a good idea too. remember 2 might be not enough but 4-5mg could be too much, unless you already have an opiate tolerance
 
My first experience with dilaudid was that of a k8,and at the time I was shooting no more than a single Roxie/oxy30 at a time. I wasnt familiar with the potency of dilaudid injected,and definitely wasn't rdy for rush it delivers. Needless to say,it sat me on my ass before I could even pull the syringe out:) Definitely one of my faves from that point on. So if your tolerance is built up to at least that of 2 30s or more at a time,I would suggest no more than a k4 for your first experience with dilaudid. Enjoy!!!
 
My girl likes them . I did it twice. Not sure what size the pills were. It was way better than tar . I got hair on my neck stand up. Warm rush up spine. Made me kina tweak like meth for awhile. Some stomach tightness almost nausea came and went. Seem really hard to find.
