Opioids First Time Injection questions?

So a friend of mine has recently become interested in injecting something. The exact drug is still to be determined. They were thinking one of the following.

Morphine
Ketamine
Oxy?
Cocaine?
Anything else you can inject?

Anyway they have multiple questions as they have zero experience with IVing drugs. First of all, they will be buying syringes online, what is the proper size to use? They have no idea what the best size is to get a proper and safe dosing. Or how to even read the sizing to choose the proper one. Also could I get some links on how to properly prep pills for IV?

Another question they have is which drug would you suggest to try first? Heroin will never be an option. They were thinking Ketamine or morphine as those are the ones that can easily be gotten in a liquid form. Anyway they are complete novices to this method of consumption so any tips or info would be greatly appreciated as it is probably going to happen either way.

You also want to read up on Micron Filter Questions.

Before choosing this ROA, I would ask you to reconsider it. It is a very dangerous ROA, and it doesn't lead to anywhere good, but instead digs you into a deeper hole that you will one day be looking to get out of. With the faster onset, come quicker elimination of the drug, making the drug wear off faster, and withdrawals to come on in a shorter amount of time compared to the oral or nasal ROA.

What is making you consider IV use? What is it that you wish to achieve my using your drugs this way, as opposed to an oral or nasal route? Did you know that aside from the brief period of time in which IVing allows you to use less of the drug to achieve the same effects as other ROAs, most people experience a dramatic increase in tolerance and are soon using way more of the drug than they were using in their previous ROAs?

These are all things to consider before switching to this ROA.

Lastly, I recommend that you or anyone else considering the IV ROA reads through this thread.

You seem more concerned about injecting than about what drug you're doing. Why is this?

I want to try it for the sake of a new experience. Drugs are just a means to an end, to experience something I never have. I don't plan on doing it all the time, and really the few times that things like morphine have been done, they were fun, but I did not feel cravings the next day, barely had withdrawals, and just generally did not feel as if they needed to be continued.

The most likely scenario is with Ketamine, the few times it's been done in the past were orally, or nasally, and that was awesome, but I think the injection rush would be oh so much more fun.

I am aware that it is by far one of the most dangerous, both for addiction, and adverse medical situations, but that does not diminish the curiosity. That's why they were originally taken to begin with, truthfully they've done very little aside from hallucinogens. Actually one thing I am very curious to know is can you IV MDMA? That's basically the one that has been used more than anything else and the tolerance is already high as shit. They aren't really doing it anymore so it would mostly just be to give it a try.

Tolerance jumps, brief duration of effects, and all that aren't really a problem since they wont be continued, and the length of the high doesn't really matter as it's just to try something different. They get bored hahaha

I know it's dangerous, and there is a high chance of serious complications, but I like living on the edge and I will do anything to have a new experience.

With ketamine, it was usually done with medical vials which were safer to use that way than stuff you get on the street. Most people go the IM route. If you are not getting a sealed medical vial, you really need to use a micron filter.

As for MDMA, I am not sure, but also consider that if you are buying this off the street it could have several adulterants in it, and I'm sure IV piperazines would be horrible. Do you have a testing kit that will confirm the substance if MDMA, and also rule out bad adulterants?

It's best you read the Injection; IV Complications and Info MEGATHREAD & FAQ before you do anything else. I've always been curious about IV use, but this thread has caused me to think long and hard about whether I'll ever do it myself.

The ketamine would be from a vial of liquid. I will be investing in Micron filters for my own safety in either situation

It would be off the street, however, the person has very pure stuff, the best I've ever seen. I do not have a testing kit, but as this is a serious way to do it I will be getting one to make absolutely sure. Though all of my experience says that it is. I've got enough experience with that to know when it's good at least.
