First time I.M'ing. (MXE)

There's also the redose factor. After two or three shots your injection technique is unlikely to be so spotless anymore, even more so than with shooting ket.
How so I can shot ket and MXE all day and the technique is always the same. Make the solution, micron filter, grab a sterile syringe/needle, choose a good area, wipe said area once with an alcohol wipe, then inject....
People do what they want so you should at least provide them with proper info.

But it's always better to provide better information then none, basically part of the basis for HR.
Your not providing them with proper/better information you fucking tool!!!

And not that I need to defend my qualifications to a fuckwit like you but I have more than enough pharmacological knowledge thanks.

You can't even get your argument straight. The fact that you think losing a leg is fuck all says it all....... "backpedalling dipshit" is too kind.

I really don't feel the need to argue with some fucking joker who doesn't know his arse from his elbow so long as no-one takes this idiots advice as being worth anything (which thank god it doesn't look like anyone has).

Oh, and I don't know what you keep mentioning Shambles. He's forgotten more than you would ever know and whatever things he may have done himself he doesn't promote obviously harmful information as "harmless"

Lurching - Don't even bother arguing with this idiot , I've already reported his ridiculous post to the forum mods as being blatantly harmful (just on the off chance that anyone can't see through what a clown he is)

Can we stop the back and forth now, it's not helpful.

Here's BL Wiki for information on Injecting

And here's another thread about IMing

Whilst I'm here funnily, I'm currently sorting out the problems of injecting now. A friend phoned me up an hour ago complaining of major pain in his leg. He'd botched a shot of smack into his groin, I'm not sure if he's missed some of the shot or its from digging around hitting his artery or what.

He can't walk anyway, I'm just waiting for him to get changed, get his fix before he goes 8(, not in his groin but there's blood all over his arm from not finding a vein then take him to the hospital....

The best HR regarding injecting is to not do it at all, but then not taking drugs would be the ultimate HR. We're going to do them though so do it in the safest manor.

I'm no authority on injection having never done it, I can only recommend reading through the links I've provided and any other googling you can unearth and gather as much information as you can before you do it..

Personally I don't think the risk it worth it, if you were to ask my pal in the next room he'd probably agree to.

Be careful <3

Sigh.

I think I'm finished with BL in general. I honestly came here with the idea that HR was a worthwhile endeavor and that I might possibly be able to help someone or even who knows save someones life but I coming to realise that that isn't going to happen.

With the exception of a few people HR isn't taken seriously at all.

I've met some wonderfully kind folks some of whom I'll never forget but just some of the idiots and some of the utter dangerous shit that is allowed to be posted just defeats the whole purpose.

Anyway, I know you can't close your account (if it's possible to though would one of the mods please do that for me) but I won't be back.

Please everyone take care of yourselves and thank you again for all the kind posts I've received from people and all the best to some great folks I've talked to.

I just this place isn't for me and sometimes can do more harm that good.

Take care everyone <3

I think most of the regulars take HR seriously, or maybe it'd be better to say that we practice the safest techniques we possibly can, usually because of information we've gathered here.

The sad fact is that there will always be some idiots who think they know best, refuse to listen to anyone else's opinion, but they're not usually the sort of people who stick around for long or become involved in the community we have here. It's just the same in real life I find.

It would be sad to see you go because of a couple of numpties that we can't get through to, because there might be any number of lurkers who have read your sound advice in this thread and others too, we'll just never know that we've helped them out!

Mate, please don't go. Having someone with your first hand knowledge and experience here IS a valuable contribution to HR. Sure, some people won't listen, but some will and you may well save a lot of lives without realising it. Please reconsider and keep posting. :-)

Don't go England you're one of my fav posters, same with Julie both very knowledgeable peeps.

Like i said before 2 types of people,. those that listen to those with experience and those that dont. People love abit of willful ignorance as the only way you can some how justify certain drug choices and im one of them peeps that never learns till he has fked himself.

I 'fourth' that, i know that it can be depressing having a heated discussion ending up in trading insults. But please don't let one bad experience sour things completely for you. Maybe your expectations of how things might go might have been a little too high, the course of EADD never did run smooth.

You do have a valuable voice on the forum, there's probably more people on here that will be quietly reading and absorbing your posts, but you may not get as much immediate positive feedback as you might have been expecting, and some members get disheartened when they put a lot of effort into their posts only for some of them to be apparently ignored/not generate much of a response (or generate even downright negative responses at worse). I like to think though that that doesnt necessarily mean the post has been totally ignored, just that people can be lazy in coming up with replies.

Obviously it's your decision to stop posting if that's what you want to do, and it's true that EADD isn't a 'good fit' for everybody, but i'm the 4th person already that has posted that I hope you do stay at least a bit longer, at least don't leave on a downer......;)

Have to echoe what everyone else has said. Your knowledge is valuable here Englandz.

Regarding Helps? post I thought it better left up as it sparked up more discussion about the hazards of IMING, any passing lurkers reading through the thread aren't going to jump straight to Helps post then switch the computer off and go and stick a needle in their muscle. If they've had the sense to look up information I'm sure they've the sense to see the best approach. Maybe i'm wrong but that was what I decided :?

Like i said before 2 types of people,. those that listen to those with experience and those that dont. People love abit of willful ignorance as the only way you can some how justify certain drug choices and im one of them peeps that never learns till he has fked himself.

I used to be one of the latter types but am gradually becoming one of the former. It's got to the stage where just i cant carry on needlessly creating new and additional problems for myself, and ive finally realised that i dont have to inflict every drug related horror scenario on myself, and that it can be relatively easily averted just by listening to people who have had problems, and trying to avoid making the same mistakes they did. And if i do find myself in bad situations that i created before i started listening to other people there's no shortage of advice and suggestions on the best or path of least resistance ways out of these. :\

At first i had the deluded beliefs that 'that wont happen to me', but after learning the hard way that the worst outcomes will happen to me if i dont heed the good advice i have always been given on here by those with personal experience of what they are talking about, and by now i just dont need/cant handle any more self-created drug problems due to not following good advice for more relatively trouble free drug use.

I think I'm finished with BL in general. etc.

Englandgz mate, don't be a daftie. We're privileged to have an actual, for real, medical professional contributing to our boards in the way you have been all this time.

You're gonna encounter bellends on here who think they know better than you and everyone else all the time. Doesn't that happen in real life in the ambulance too?

BL is about Harm Reduction, despite the naysayers, and people like you helping us out here are like fucking unicorn negro spacemen. Don't you dare spit yer dummy and throw a strop, get your shit together and stand your ground. You've forgotten more than most of these people will ever know and your existence on Bluelight is one of the best things that's ever happened to EADD.

Right?

For fuck sake, all I do is try to provide proper HR info for thread entitled for IM'ing. Fuck your euro people, my name is Help for a fucking reasons, I didnt fucking come here to fucking baby you guys. Fuck!!!!!! I'm nearly half a century old! I've already been thinking...but please someone give the noose, and a proper place that will snap a neck in an instant.

Edit: And tuck you guys report my posts all you want so the mods can see I was just trying to provide good advice for a first time MXE IM'er! Your right though I shouldva told em to use sewage water and such....

well clearly BL does have HR benefits as I've decided against the idea and am going to plug instead. Thanks a lot for the advice guys <3

I've got to say, for a guy that takes loads of psychedelics Help?!?! is remarkably aggressive and unwilling to see things from other people's perspectives....

I hope Englandgz74 doesn't go for good. As people have already said your opinion is really welcomed mate. I think the fact that you don't think HR is taken seriously by all is even more of a reason to hang around as it's important to have your voice as a professional to counterbalance some of the less considered posts. I know that personally the HR side of this site was really useful for me when I first visited as a reckless, impressionable teenager 10 years ago. There are an awful lot of lurkers and uninformed people ending up on here by chance after following a link from google who could really benefit from your input!
