First Time Hydrocodone + Codeine Dose

My girlfriend and I are interested in a one-time opiate experience; that is to say, we've never done opiates, we want to get really fucked up and feel great, and we won't touch them again. I have 4 x 10 mg hydrocodone pills and more codeine than we could possibly need. I will be performing a cold water extraction. My questions:
For a terrific once-only opioid experience, taking 20 mg of hydrocodone each, how much codeine should we add? What kind of dosing schedule would be good? Any other tips?

Dosing is allowed, but it should be in Basic Drug Discussion for that sort of thing.

If you've never done opiates before, 20mg hydrocodone is probably too much. I would start with 5 or 7.5mg and work your way up from there. No need to add codeine to hydrocodone unless you're taking it 3-5 hours after you take the hydrocodone...which it doesn't look like you were planning on doing.

I also recommend having some first generation antihistamines on hand (at least!) to fight the itching/nausea and to help out the hydrocodone.

I'd 20 mgs of hydro without any codeine. Yes that's quite a bit for a first time, but it isn't dangerous and you said you wanted to get fucked up. Save codeine, hydro is better and 20 mgs is plenty. No need to CWE on a couple pills each, BTW.
 
If your looking to get "fucked up" than 20mg of Hydrocodone isn't too much but you wouldn't want to go over that. I started off with 15mg and got just where I wanted but I assume that a little bit more would have been okay. Don't worry about the Codeine, you have plenty of Hydrocodone and the Codeine is weaker. No need for a CWE if you are just taking a couple Hydro pills. You can lose some in the process and you aren't taking enough acetaminophen to need to.

It isn't a great idea to redose with opiates, its best to just take it all in one sitting. You lose some of the effects to redosing.

If we like how things go with the hydrocodone and we feel like redosing just to prolong the experience after a few hours, how much codeine would do the trick, if that would work at all?
 
As far as redosing to bring the opiate high back, codeine for first time use will start to have effects at 30-60mg, but you're probably going to want to shoot for 60-120mg (I'm going by Tylenol 3 dosing levels, that's why its multiples of 30, I don't know what form of codeine you've got).

Opiates effect people very differently, and the first time you take them is usually how you find out what dose works for you, so remember, take a smaller dose first, see how things go, and if you want to, take more.
 
if you want to nod, i would do only 120mg-200mg of codeine but if you have never taken it before then take 30-60mg to make sure you aren't allergic to it. lie down and have a pleasant nod.it should last 3 hours on avg.

smoke weed to reduce nausea and to bring on the nod if possible though it is not needed.

if you are going to be re-dosing then I would do hydrocodone after codeine as codeine will boost enzyme levels for hydrocodone I believe.
 
About how long after the hydrocodone should we redose codeine for a smooth transition? Also, how long would it take for a codeine allergy to kick in?

Redose whenever you feel like you want to redose... there aren't many dangers with codeine and hydrocodone. You worry too much hehe.

Codeine allergy is very rare but you'd probably know once you started feeling the drug, of course.

I would do at least 100mg first time for codeine. My current dose is around 600mg. That's only if I don't have access to other opiates however.

You're doing a cold water extraction on the codeine, right? (If you're using tylenol 1s/3s)

Take 50mg diphenhydramine (Benadryl) to keep the opiate itch and other histamine effects at bay.
 
Redosing is much less effective than taking them all at once but do it if you want to waste your opiates. It does increase the duration of the high but will not bring back the original high. You'll need a much higher dose your second time around. For a newbie I don't think you should take anymore than just 20-25mg of Hydrocodone. If you take too much you will feel really sick and fuck up your high. But if you really want to redose with some codeine than take 120mg about 2.5 hours after your first dose of Hydrocodone.
