First time E.. Help with drinks.

Basicly a partys coming up and i wanna experience mdma but im still alittle scared about drinking to little water and to much. Its gonna be a party but i doubt im gonna dance that much its more a everyone get fucked up party on booze and drugs type thing. So anyways i have a few questions

1.How much should i be drinking if im not dancing and how offen?

2. What sports drink is the best to drink?

3. Is it actually possible to urinate if u just stay in the bathroom and try relax? ( I've not beenable to pee on other substances but eventualy i urinated is mdma the same?)

4. Is there any other dangers i should keep an eye out for when on mdma?
 
1. You should drink the same amount of liquids you would normally. So if you're just sitting around the house.. you don't need that much.. if you're at an outdoor festiveal in 100 degree weather dancing your ass off you need more.

2. Get a sports drink with electrolytes. This helps prevent water intoxication, even if you overdrink.

3. Depends on the person. I don't have a problem urinating when on MDMA but I have a friend who can't until she comes down.

4. Don't keep redosing unless you want to feel like shit the next morning. If you decide to dance afterall take breaks so you don't overheat.
 
exactly what rollinballs85 said, don't stress too much about it, unless you are outside on a really hot day and in that case you would drink heaps of water even if you weren't rolling.

unfortunately people get it into their heads that because they are rolling they have to drink a load of water. 2 weeks go i had a great roll, drank a few beers before hand and then just had a sip of water about 45min probably for the next 5 hours. just do what feels comfortable to you.

don't start gulping down liters and liters of water. people have died while rolling from doing that
 
I get "ghost pee" all the time on MDMA- very common. Just relax, and if it does not happen then- come back.

If you are at a party that isn't super hot, and you have access to as much as water as you want- DONT worry about dehydration. Just sip, don't gulp- MDMA often gives the feeling you need more water. Over hydration has killed people while rolling- but don't freak about that either =) As long as you're watching your water consumption, you'll be OK. People that over-consume water often are misinformed that you have to drink a ton of water on MDMA, and that it's super dehydrating.

I advise you to NOT read the random crap on the internet- there's a lot of bullsh1t out there. I think watching Ecstasy Rising with Peter Jennings would be smart- it's a wonderful non-opinionated documentary on the history and effects of MDMA.

I would go with powerade. and just drink it when you're thirsty. don't force yourself to keep drinking it if you're not thirsty. just because you're rolling doesn't mean you won't notice the difference between needing a drink and not.

I wouldn't drink alcohol if you're rolling. I don't know what it does, but my guess would be it would mute the roll a little. I know if I drink ontop of my opiates it kinda dulls the wonderful opiate high.

the urine thing, some people can, some people can't. I do find that it makes my dick shrink a little, but most speed does that. if I can't pee, like sometimes when I do a big dose of any kind of opiates that I'll just sit down and try to go. if that doesn't work, you can always rub a warm wet washcloth on your dickhead (if you're a guy). thats how you get little puppies and stuff to go when teaching them. I guess you could do the same thing if you're a girl.

Orange flavored cold Pedialyte. Much better than sport drinks. Strange but works great!!!
 
yeah, pedialite would be a very good choice. I don't know the price on it, but I'm guessing its kind of pricey. powerade is more than sufficient though,and they cost less than $2.
 
32 oz bottles of powerade are 79 cents on sale and 99 cents regular price here. I just sip on it if I feel thirsty and I rarely finish the entire bottle during a roll. As for me I cannot pee during a roll whatsoever. For any reason. Lol.
 
From my experience, I say just take sips when you feel thirsty. Take breaks from dancing and chill for a bit. Taking only sips works great for me.

Thanks all yh i enjoy powerade so i think ill get that so if im not dancing do u think one bottle would be alright for a whole roll ? I dont tend to drink much normaly and its getting very cold where i am at this time of year anyway.

Also yh i will avoid alcohol and other substance mixing.

A question ????? I do understand the feeling of not being able to urinate on substances but just to confirm that it is physicaly possible to urinate if u keep trying and relaxing if the hormone is realesed but its just going to difficult to pee correct?

To the OP: it's great that you are thinking of these things, but in this situation just try not to over think it. Just drink as you would in any other situation. If it's hot you know you need more than if you were just kicking back at home relaxing.

Sports drinks have a lot of sugar in them. I like to drink plain old water when I'm rolling personally. But everyone is different and has different preferences.

true, but not enough sugar to really be concerned about. the important part of the sports drink are the electrolytes though, you sweat them out, so drinking the gatorade/powerade puts them back in. btw, powerade is usually cheaper, and if you ask me, better tasting. I like the green ones, and the blue ones.
 
Powerade Zero. All the electrolytes you need and none of the excess sugar. G2 is also a good option if you're against artificial sweeteners.
 
Yh one problem tho were im from there is no powerade zero yet :/ haha well i havent seen it but pretty sure its not hit here yet.

I don't like the way that 99.9% of them taste either. The only sports type drink that I like is Vitamin Water, and only the XXX flavor.

Most sports drinks just taste positively awful to me.
