First time dilauded dosage??

Swim has no tolerance to opiates, he tried oxy a few times before but not recently. Swim first snorted 4mg and it felt like 10-15mg of oxy. he then drank a beer an hour later, he has one more 2mg pill left would it be safe to snort the rest?

It's hard to tell especially when you have no tolerance. People have varying amounts of natural tolerance like for me 5mg of hydrocodone gave me nods and nausea with no tolerance but most people barely get pain relief from that dose.

Sounds like you have a small tolerance so just be sure to let your last dose take full effect before you decide if you will take another. Take this into consideration even more so when mixing cns depressants, just because you can handle 4, 8, or 12mg of hydromorphone doesn't mean you can handle it with a few beers. I saw this thread earlier today so I'm sure you've already made your choice but just be careful and know when to stop.
