For your first cycle I would do the standard 500mg test e/c for 10-12 weeks + an low dose ai (increase if you get bad e2 related sides aka gyno). Should give you nice results with relatively few sides
EXACTLY. On a first cycle there is just no need to stack other things. Your receptors are virgin fresh and are going to make the most of what you give them. Give them 500mg of testosterone per week instead of the 47mg (approx) that your body produces naturally and you are going to be a hulk. Sabve money and save your receptors. Use then when you need them. Stick to simple.
Also, be aware of three things - don't drink while taking orals (harm reduction and all), have all your pct ready before beginning and steroids do work but aren't magic - you still need to lift and eat to get good results.
Again, EXACTLY, the man spaketh the truth unto the shepherd. Don't styart your course when your PCT is in the post or when you are ordering it. Anything can go wrong and it could end with you wearing your mum's bra to the gym. One of the most valuable things someone told me when we started training together (and he came second in Mr World this year) was
"Why would I waste all this money taking the huge step buying and injecting chemicals into my body, just so I can cut corners in the gym and with my diet? It's not happening. I gave 100% before I took them and I give 100% now".
And basically what he was saying is, steroids aren't a magic formula. Your results come from:
40%Diet/40%Training/20%Steroids
Cause you can take all the steroids in the world. You can have Ronnie Coleman putting your cycles together for you, and if you are lazy in the gym and eating a sloppy diet. You aren't going to look good, you are going to be sloppy like the burgers you re eating, or like Tank Abbott. Bodybuilders are dedicated BEFORE they take steroids and they work their arses off. So when they take the leap of using, there focus and dedication if increased also. Don't rely on steroids to get you through, rely on you.
Oh yeah, do a blood test before, after, after pct and a few months after pct (standard blood test + lipids/cholesterol/hdl/ldl + testosterone + e2 + lh and fsh + liver values if you do the orals). Most people don't do it, but it's a good idea and will give you more insight into what happens to your body on cycle + makes helping with recovery problems much easier
Hahaha, I am a hypocrite if I say EXACTLY cause I am one of those who never gets blood work done. I can't be arsed. You should do though. Anyway, now I have finished dissecting your post and agreeing with it all I am going to go to bed.
