So I rolled for the very first time 4 weeks ago. I took one molly and then another about 4 hours later (stupid I know) but I had the best night of my life. I decided to do it again the next weekend but this time I only had one molly. Then comes the next weekend and I decide to roll again so I take one Molly and another 1 hour later. Then this past weekend I rolled my hardest off of one molly and then took another about 2.5 hours later and one more another 2 hours later. The third dose did nothing but keep me awake and I regret taking it.

I'm just concerned if I did too much here considering it was my first time as well. Is the damage done or will I be fine if I stop for awhile (a few months). I seem to have an afterglow every time and have yet to experience a comedown, I kind of just stop rolling and go back to normal. But this week I feel a little down and unmotivated, not really depressed. Btw I take no supplements besides vitamin c and d, and melatonin. I eat healthy and get plenty of sleep. Will my binge hit me hard in the next few weeks or will I be fine?

Also worth noting is rolling has helped me quit smoking weed and cigarettes. I don't find either one pleasurable anymore and I was smoking a pack a day and probably a gram of weed a day for years. I thought it would be impossible to quit either one but now I have no desire.

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks and PLUR.

You are right that what you have done the past few weeks is overuse, but it isn't nearly enough to be considered a big deal or something that will be permanent. Whatever you feel right now (or within the past few days) will most likely be the worst that you feel, in regards to comedown or aftereffects. So if the past few days haven't been bad, you probably don't have any badness coming.

With that said, though, things like comedowns and the rubber-band effect (where you snap back down further than your baseline after rolling) usually does get worse with consistent heavy use, so some spacing is usually a good idea. Doing 2 caps in one night isn't a huge deal, but doing that consistently for several weeks in a row can start to take a toll on your mood and how you feel, and over time without having a break, you will roll less and less hard. Taking breaks of a month or so can help prevent or at least slow all this down.

But as for your main question, the real answer is probably no, nothing bad is coming and you will be fine.

I like how you said PLUR at the end :)

Ermm well,
if you do keep using it too often, you will notice effects.

Say if you used it every single weekend?
Well say after 6 weekends you say no more,
Then about 2 weeks after you will notice it.

2 Main things happen when you take MDMA.

1. Your serotonin is Depleted. Serotonin is a vital neurochemical, it affects Mood, Appetite, Sleep/sleeping patterns, and energy too.
2. Your Neuro receptors essentially 'Re-Wire' Themselves each time you take mdma.
This is one of the reasons why people say to take a long break in between taking mdma, to give them a chance to sort themselves out.

Now the guy who rediscovered MDMA thinks you should take a 90 day wait between taking MDMA.
But for someone who just said PLUR, ill Assume your a raver like me, and there is little chance you will take MDMA Once every 90 Days Lol.

I suggest Once a month.
Also i suggest ONE Decent dose, Like 150mg.
Dont Re-dose, you will feel the negative effects much quicker, and if you only use one dose, once a month, you SHOULD in theory have a 5 hour blast in total on MDMA, (Coming up, Peak, Coming down, Feeling it in waves still)

Being a raver myself, Also being completely NON Nocturnal, But loving raves.
I have to take substances to stay awake , so.

I dont enjoy Speed so i dont take that,
I pretty much only use MDMA and Ketamine to rave on.

MDMA Once a month (I Prefer to wait 6 weeks, thats my Absolute Sweet Spot with MDMA)

PLUR to you too :)
, And here is a Useful Moveable Clickable diagram for you to have a Rough idea on how MDMA works on the Brain. http://thebrain.mcgill.ca/flash/i/i_03/i_03_m/i_03_m_par/i_03_m_par_ecstasy.html

You are making a good decision by taking a break early on. Some peoples honeymoon period is several months(myself included) and it REALLY takes a toll. You are being INCREDIBLY smart by resisting your urges to roll every weekend. As Sam put it before me: If you space out your rolls properly and get into that habit as soon as possible you won't experience the loss of magic some people get. I'm experiencing this myself and now have to resort to piracetam to regain some of that honeymoon feeling back. Even after waiting a month. I would honestly recommend taking MDMA as little as possible through life (Dont take that out of context, we're all users here so you know what I mean) to make sure you FULLY recover, but once every 4-6 weeks should be your target wait

Thanks for the replies guys. I will stick with the advice and wait at least a month in between rolls.

you'll be fine, ive pushed it a lot harder than that for months and been fine. was rolling every weekend without fail for 3+ months, the worst i got was annoying brain zaps which disappeared in the end. never got a harsh come down or anything. maybe a bit emotional but nothing major (not compared to meph anyway, was doing that stuff every weekend for years. terrible come downs) all my mdma was fully tested and from different sources. i do recommend easing off though, brain zaps are horrible

even once a month will catch up with you pretty quick..

You are better off sticking to 90 days...Try to plan your rolls around Holidays, Big Festivals, or Special events instead of trying to find an excuse to pop every month. That shit damages your brain...

Less is definitely moar...I hate the feeling of being an etard...but to each his own..

How many ravers are actually going to wait 90 days,
Be real.

And thats assuming they use other substances too! some people dont,
1 Month is plentiful of a wait,
I have a really great time off 80mg

Man, if only mdma was like cannabis... I would be one broke mother fucker. I won't do it every month but I'm sure there will be times where I do it a few months in a row. 90 days is just so long! I guess the best thing to do in between is eat healthy, exercise, and take lots of vitamins/supplements so I can make the long wait worth it by rolling super hard. I think what I'll do is every time I roll, I'll make myself wait 3 months for each time. For example, if I roll 2 months in a row, I have to wait 6 months before I can roll again, and so on. Maybe that will give me the confidence to wait 90 days every time.

Not everyone who takes E is automatically a "raver" and Not all ravers are irresponsible. I enjoy raves with a passion but I don't go out of my way to take drugs at every single show. It may be hard for you to comprehend but some people actually go to enjoy the music. You should try it some time :)

Lol, you have a point. Raving is the best thing in the world.

Me! but normally because my area is full of bunk pills 70% of the time. :/

As for the OP, take a good break, be smart, and enjoy in moderation.

I didnt just assume that all people that use MDMA are ravers,
Also i really do enjoy the music and i definately dont need drugs to do that, I love mixing trance classics and hard house as well as a bit of psytrance with a passion.
Ive happily spent half the day on my mixer, without any drugs.
But nearly all these rave events are at 10pm, and i go to bed at about 12pm every night, so if i dont use any substances i cant stay awake and enjoy myself.
