first time adderall use, possibly fake drug - need advice

i recieved two malindcrofdt mixed amphetamine salts today, both looked legit with M and 30 on the other side

i use dexedrine daily for adhd. i tried to snort some of the pill but it made my nose turn to fire, so decided i'd swallow it.

i didn't really feel any effects - so i swallowed a second about an hour or so later.

now about 3 hours later i feel as if i'm going to die. i have a high heart rate (110) and idk about my bp - 143/81.
i feel absolutely exhausted, and i haven't even done anything today apart from look on the internet for a tv (which was stupidly laborious and took 5 whole fucking hours)

are there any reports of fakes going around? these were imported from america to england btw.

do malind even make these tablets? i researched before i took them and found em, but this can't be it, if this is what adderall feels like then why the hell do people abuse it?

ive taken a 0.5 of xanax to try and see if it relaxes me. does anyone else have any advice?

i feel extremely lethargic and sleepy as well. this has all occured after taking the second tablet really.

i have dex at hand - would that be a good idea?

i really wanted to take some oxy tonight but now im far too scared for gods sake. when will this crap flush out of my system?! my breathing appears to be shallow

Don't take more amphetamines.

No way of us knowing if what you took was real - it probably was. I haven't heard anything about fakes going around.
 
alright - is this a normal reaction to the stuff? its fucking horrible.

is there any way to just make this shitty feeling go away?

natural things i have are zma, and l-lysine,

have a lot of benzos, valium/xanax/clonaz and a lot of oxy.
 
^ Sounds like a normal reaction to Adderall, especially in higher doses due to the fact that it contains a mixture of amphetamine salts with L-amphetamine being known for side effects like you described. w
 
Sounds like you took morphine sulphate er... It lasts 12 hrs... morphine burns alot when you snort it too. You'll be ok but that was not adderall.
 
perhaps... but i don't think i'd have this "come down" so to speak as if i'd been on stimulants if it were morphine..
when i say "burnt" i mean it hurt more than ambien. literally. i was tearing up - and i used to snort a LOT of ambien.

when i chewed it up, it tasted a bit bitter but not opiate bitter..

i took 40mg of oxy just now, hopefully it will calm my chest down.

argh yeah. i think i just had an adverse effect to adderall, i'm pretty sure it was genuine now that i look back on what i did today, it sounds like i was whizzing, been cleaning the house up without even realizing it. wow.

the oxy has taken the edge off now, feeling back to baseline/slightly stoned. even able to breathe more easily - fuck adderall comedowns are bad. even worse than ritalin for gods sake, i'm so glad they dont prescribe it over here, i'd never touch that stuff again.

well i take ms/er 30mg 3xdaily...They are purple..with m and 30 on other side...malinkros'

So you have been spoiled with Dexedrine. You now know what Levo-Amphetamine is like. Dirty and disgusting.

The whole not moving thing=bad. I know that feeling, gosh you feel like a zombie with blue hands from vasoconstriction, a high heart rate/BP and are about half made of glue. Usually sided with some malnutrition lol.
 
We don't do drug identification or purely speculative threads. The OP very well may have just had a bad reaction to the Adderall or took too much, or it's possible it could've been something else, we have no way of knowing. The l-lysine or benzos should help but I don't want to recommend that just in case it was actually something else in the pills. Hopefully you are ok by now and if not seek medical attention. Closing this.
