Stimulants First time adderal

What would be a good starting dosage for somone with NO experience at all with stimulants and therefore no tolerance? Also what would be the best roa for this. Also can you crush the xrs to make then instant release? Any other advice or tips would be appreciated also im 151 lbs and 5'
 
yes you can crush the xr, open the pill, oour it in your mouth and crush it with your teeth u can take 15-30mg.. take it earlier in the day if you want to sleep at night, also force yourself to eat during the day or u shall crash
 
Open capsule, pour half on tongue, redose other half if needed. Or, pop cap and release slow.

When I party I pregame, drop 10mg of beads on tongue and take a shot. Then, when I start to feel a lil tired from drinking, I pop the rest.
 
It's been a quite a few years since I've had Adderall but the XRs I had back then had little beads inside that capsule that were responsible for the time release. You have to open up the capsule and then crush up all of those little beads. Amphetamine lasts long enough already IMO... the XR formulation just adds to the side effects for me and makes it even harder to sleep that night so I always like to crush for instant release if possible.
