C1C report
SWIM has provided the following report of C1C experiences:
Description: Floury, mainly light orange powder with small proportion of white powder. Substance was slightly lumpy and was therefore grinded before use
Source: Purchased online from seller claiming to have first introduced this RC to the market. The sales pitch includes references to lack of reliability of products sold as 6APB, and presents product as having effects "closest to cocaine without being cocaine"
Administration: Insufflated (some painful burning sensation, not nearly as intense or long as with mephedrone for instance)
Dosage: Amounts were unfortunately not weighed as weights were not available. Please do not view the following as recommended doses, it is only what was factually reported. After initial cautious tests (gradually increasing from very small line), user typically settled into lines approx 6cm by 2mm, with redosing occurring at intervals approximately ranging from 45 minutes to 1,5 hours. The interval does not seem to shorten with continued use, as can be the case with cocaine for instance.
Combined substances: Alcohol (moderate amounts compared to combined use with cocaine). Clonazepam (Rivotril), administered in small repeated doses, in this case 1/4 of a 2mg pill, when some tension appeared, which it suppressed effectively.
Multiple experiences ranging from short (2,5 hours) to long (over 15 hours).Redosing patterns are reported as reasonably consistent between short and long experiences. All experiences occurred in a private setting. No report of a solo experience. Persons present ranged from only SWIM's spouse, also experimenting, to a group of 12 friends in a dinner party setting, most of them not experimenting.
Perceived effects: Immediate stimulation is felt upon insufflation (but nothing that could be described as a rush), quickly followed by an unfamiliar sensation of increased empathy and openness, but very different to the more familiar effect of most entactogens (no increased desire for physical contact, no overwhelming feeling of universal love, etc). No specific physical symptoms were reported (no noticeable pupil dilation for instance). Main effect is a desire to engage in conversation about one's and other people's issues or problems, towards problem solving, both with people also experiencing the product or not. Seems to increase ability for self-analysis, sharing one's feelings and motivations, being interested and capable of hearing other people's opinion, without ever getting stressed about it. No self-centered effects detected. Definite feeling of combined stimulation and relaxation, possibly slight feeling of detachment, but which does not interfere with ability or willingness to pursue mutual or group problem solving. Definite drive to understand new concepts (searching the net about philosophy, psychology, etc) in order to better understand self and others. Difficult personal issues previously never discussed are raised, discussed and in some cases resolved with no signs of stress or confrontation.
The most unique result reported is that "action plans" devised during the experience have been successfully pursued after end of experience, for instance in professional setting. This results in overall feeling of mild enlightenment.
No perceived effect on sex drive. Need to eat is reduced, but possible to eat. Reduces the effects of alcohol in a similar way to C (but maybe to a lesser degree).
Main side effect is some tension (neck ache for instance) but no clenching, gurning, or wired feeling.Excessive redosing can lead to some effects on ability to speak clearly, or understand clearly. No experience of "hole" type symptoms.
Redosing does not feel compulsive as with C, or Meph, or most stimulants, but extended sessions do tend to occur if there is no particular reason to stop. If there is, such as commitment the next day, once decision is made to stop, no problem sticking to that decision.
No factual feedback was provided on inability to sleep, as a higher final dose of Rivotril was used to easily achieve sleep. SWIM's assumption is that falling sleep would require some time, but nothing near as bad as with cocaine or other stimulants.
Main risk seems to be that given the chance, one would keep re-engaging into experience because of perceived beneficial results, particularly in understanding self and others.
Further feedback would be greatly appreciated on experiences, as would be any information on the potential or confirmed contents of this RC marketed as C1C, as there is next to nothing to be found on the internet (many hours were spent looking).
