first post - what to do with someone going through benzo withdrawals

You end up being found in a different town completely naked talking to angels, I know of this happening from bi-polar + meth

I know of this happening from the ingestion of tropane alkaloids (datura, brugmansia) in perfectly healthy subjects ;)

It's good to see this woman got the help that she desperately needed.

I have had to deal with similar situations. Both times were with females who smoked weed and were bi-polar.

It is a very scary/strange situation to be in and it shows what the human mind is capable of. Very well handled by the OP

There are a lot of things that could of triggered this issue, i have known some people who do not take any illicit drugs and all of a sudden they get into a manic episode. I know i shouldn’t be saying this in the australian drug discussion:o but has anyone thought this could be a abnormal spiritual episode?

but has anyone thought this could be a abnormal spiritual episode?

People who believe in such things are silly because there are natural normal explanations for things like this.

It is like saying 'god did it' when there are perfectly rational explanations for things that happen.

hospital just called, turns out the problem was DEMONS so they performed an exorcism and everything is okay now

not rly. i know she used to be into coke and is/has used amphetamines before. but that could mean she just used to party with it a bit, no idea if she was using it recently. she had naturally dark eyes so i never noticed dilation or anything. i never noticed an oral fixation but she was constantly fidgety.

about five days after she was admitted the hospital called and said she was on antipsychotics but they hadn't changed her state very much. would antipsychotics be ineffective against amphetamine psychosis?

thanks for the kind words everyone xo

would antipsychotics be ineffective against amphetamine psychosis?

almost certainly would help with amphetamine psychosis, hell even if they took nothing after a few days they would come good.

realistically it'd take much less.

A strong antipsychotic like Largactyl will easily destroy any kind of meth high, and put the user into a deep sleep, especially if not already tolerant to the drugs.

A good mate of mine stupidly ate datura few days ago, this reminds me i must call him and see how his "trip" went. Dont flame me peeps i explained full and well about datura but i got laughed at....

Kind of hoping he had a fucked experience and then i chime in with, " told ya so cunt!".
