Ill begin by giving my experiance with benzos. I am very well acquainted with my buddy Mr.Al Prazolam, and as we all know he has a certain way of expelling our inhibitions & easing our anxiety, while in his company. However his cousin Ms.Clon Azepam, whom I'm currently meeting for the first time as we speak, doesn't seem to be as nearly as delightful as Mr. Prazolam.


OK I'll stop lol, here's the deal. I've taken VASTS amounts of xanny's over the years but currently have a minuscule tolerance, as I hardly ever take em nowadays (twoor three times in past 6 mnths) my point is I'm quite accustom to benzos. Yes I do understand that each has it's own characteristics, generally speaking tho, they are somewhat similar IMO.

I dosed bout 2hrs ago with 2mgs, waited 45mins this seems to be the magic wait time for effects to begin to take shape with ALL meds. I have extensive personal experiance with the following: Norco, OC, Fenty, Percs, MS contin, morph, Addys, Focalin, Xanny's, and a good # of illicits. Most are opiates, a few stims, and alot of xanny's (ambien as well, I think it's a benzo but the shits weak). Felt minimal effects after 45mins, re-dosed w/2 additional mgs bout an hr ago an feel a lil more but not by any means what I'm tryin to get to. Although, I'm trying not to cross that threshold between im fucked up, its night night time -_- & "Fuck it! Let's go do a B&E!". I'm not asking for instructions. We are speaking in hypotheticals cause ima dose another 2 as soon as I post this, but if it were you what would you think the max dosing to be? 6?8? Mgs of course. And is Clonazepam weaker? Ive always heard mg-mg xanies & kpin were pretty equal.

Did I say after I post, I was gonna re-dose 2mgs??? Yeeeahhh...that didn't really go according to plan make that a 4mg re-dose lol That actually brings me to my next question, Would a 8mg dose, spread over two hrs, be considered excessive for ppl w/NO tolerance? First 4mgs taken hr1/2 apart whereas last four were taken together. Hahaha fuck it guess Im bout to find out. Go big or go home.

Forgot to mention something that may explain SOME of the lack of effects. I Take 30mg IR Add's their prescribed, however I get a lil carried away sometimes (most times) took like 5 today, last one at like 1pm so I wouldn't think that because it was so early that it has any bearing on this situation. Idk but about those 4mgs they treatin me right )) I'm fuckin faded now or at least on my way. Pls post tho so I can read on Saturday when I come out my mf coma lmao. Those mf's are pretty tasty why does it take so many for me tho? I like em a lil better than xannys, they seem to provide the sought after effects & less of the unwanted sedation. I prefer to savor the experiance that my $ has so selflessly sacrificed itself for. But I may just be trippin.........

Alprazolam is much more recreational then clonazepam IMO and IME. I found kpins to be very boring

i think that a lot of these benzo equivalency charts are out of date and need to be revised. i personally along with many other members of the forums and people i know in real life do not find a 1 for 1 ratio when it comes to clonazepam and xanax. i'd say 1mg of clonazepam is the equivalency of say 10mg of diazepam, while 0.5mg of xanax is definately the equivalent of a 10mg diazepam.

that being said though, many people do find clonazepam strong. the problem with it is that its not a fast ingested and metabolized benzo unlike xanax. it takes a long time to take effect and as such theres no "kick" so to speak of but a gradual decrease in anxiety and sleepyness.it takes around 1 and a half hours to 3 to peak fully in the body, while xanax is a smooth 10 if taken orally. even sublingually, kpins take around 30mins to become noticably active.

I dunno what the max is but I recently obtained 10x2mg Banana flavoured Clonazepam. Didn't feel much after 3mg, ended up taking about 8mg which knocked me out and gave me anterograde amnesia for ages

So I would say generally less recreational than Xannies or Vallies

My advice would be use any other Benzo apart from Clonazepam or Lorazepam if you want noticeable effects.

I have read the klonopins actually take about 4 hrs to reach peak concentraction.Klonopin is considered a long acting benzo as well,so redosing tends to extend the effects a considerable amount bc of their long half life. They can sneak up on you and u will b slurring words and blacked out b4 u know,so be careful.

For me benzos always seem to have an effect of me not feeling anything,redosing,and BLAM! Before I know it I am so tore up that I dont even realize the buzz much less the events that happened during it! I personally prefer klonopin to xanax,bc xanies tend to wear off so quickly.

I know exactly what you mean & agree. HI Good morning guys!!! Well I'm alive YAY!!! & VERY rested (just woke up). No amnesia, xanny's tend to spill over to the next AM with high doses cause that's the only kinda dose I take after 8mgs kpins with no tolerance I can say it was.......cool but diff. I know their half life is exponentially greater than xanny's but only minimal grogginess this AM. Just took 40mg of hydrocodone, and 2 30mg Adds IR, some cookie dough, and a nice juicy Newport menthol. Mmmmm Breakfast of Champions (wheaties can suck my dick) im ready for the day. Hehe. Maybe in about 24 hours time you won't be able to remember what you done in the day!

That's what I had. I wasn't high, per se, the noticeable effects had worn off, but the anterograde amnesia was still there - making my whole day of lectures pointless

if you actually remember posting this and get to read this .. lol... klonipins are like creeper benzos to me.. its easy to do too many cause u dont realize how fucked up you are until you've over done it.. for someone with no tolerance 2mg's is a nice chill dose.. if u wanna get pretty throw'd but not completely forget everything 4mg is perfect..
also if you're on adderol limiting how much benzos u do to a certain dose like 4mg would be the responsible thing to do.. i've lost weeks of my life wandering around bar'd out but without sleeping cause i was on meth at the same time.. i 'woke up' 2 weeks later and all i had for memories were what ppl telling me what i did and was doing lol... so if you're on a stimulant like adderol try to choose a reasonable amount to do and leave it at that. normal ppl will pass out after so long or so many lol

Since the OP has their answers and is through the experience I'm going to close this. As others have said, the long time period to peak with these often leads newer users to take in excess of what they actually need. Just be careful in the future, and try to take it easy, blackouts are no fun, and a benzo tolerance is very much best avoided.
