Weed for me. Must have been...13? And surprisingly (maybe), alcohol came quite a while later, and I still dislike it. Thank God I didn't dip into alcohol first...

Is it really necessary to include Alcohol & Tobacco?

Nitrous was my first drug that got me high, this was when i was about 11. But if alcohol and tobacco is in question, then my first times were 6 with alcohol (sips from my dads drink), and 7 with cigarettes (stole from my friends mum to smoke behind his house)

MAYBE not tobacco but DEFINITELY alcohol, thats the whole point of this thread, and alcohol is definitely THE gateway drug if that theory was true at all, which it isnt

I guess around age 16 was when I was like, "fuck it."

nicotine. Then pills. Then weed. Then alcohol. I think alcohol is a gateway for most people in my experience from what i see of other people. Most kids are willing to drink but not smoke. After drinking(and while being intoxicated) they might be willing to try something else.
