Opioids first day on methadone after a long oxy/norco/dilaudid habbit any advice?

ok let me start off like this i been taking 300-400 mg oxy a day for 4 years and yesterday i ran out so i decided enuf is enuf and took my ass to the meth clinic they put me on a 180 day detox and gave me 30mg for my first dose and now i have to wait until tomaro to dose again so i feel ok right now but i took my dose at 1130 am how long will it be before i feel like shit again and would it be ok to take a xanax when i do start to feel shity the dr told me that i wont be completely comfortible untill i am stable and gave me premishion to have 1mg xanax 12 hours after dosing but i am just wondering if i could take more then 1 mg and also is it ok to take soma with it to?

No soma... Not in the smallest bit... Don’t even take that...

The xanax will be ok at 1130pm that is 12 hours later...

Take your dose at 11:30 am and your xanax at 11:30 pm from now on and you shouldn't have any problems...

ok also i did take a soma about 5 hours proir to taking the methadone is that a big deal i mean im wide awake kinda wish i would nod off but it aint happining

Why do you want to nod on your methadone script? It is supposed to hold you off from going back out to cop dope... Not get high.

You were fine taking the soma that far ahead. Just be very weary of your actions on methadone and mixing other drugs.

People drop like flies taking shit or drinking with methadone... Be careful.

i relly had just been up for awile and didnt get much sleep so i wanted to sleep but i appreciate the advise
