Bluelighter
"First Date"
We saw eachother on the net. Two weeks later we finally met.
I stood waiting outside the bar, as I looked up, suddenly there you are.
As you walked closer I had felt fear and like a poser.
Then with a big smile on your face,
you called my name and and my heart began to race.
With open arms we hugged and at that moment fear
had turned into joy and cheer.
We moved on to another club where we could dance,
that is where you put me into a trance.
I drove you home and walked you to your door
where you probably thought I was a bore.
I wanted to lean down and give you a KISS,
but I did not know if you wanted this.
I just gazed into your eyes under the light
and with one big hug I said goodnight.
