Hey guys, I just started my first injectable cycle, first pin today of Pharmacom test e 300 mg. I'm starting this thread for two reasons: to document and share my experience with everyone (and for my own personal documentation purpose); and also to receive advice and feedback from guys with experience, to ensure I'm doing it right, and to ask for help in case I run into any problems.

I did my research regarding the cycle on this and other forums, YouTube, and other sites. I've been planning this cycle for about two months now. I just stuck the first pin in my quad this morning!

Heres my stats:

5'11"
205 lbs
12% body fat
--Been training off and on since I was about 15 years old; stopped in college; but I've been training hard and consistently, six days a week, for the last 18 months, with good results.
--Previous experience with Androstene products in the late 90s; plus two halodrol cycles last year, including pct, all with good results.
--Goals: Increase muscle mass, and strength. Plus, just learn the ropes, as a platform for future, more complex cycles. I'd like to gain 15-20 pounds and keep 7-10 after pct. I'd be happy with that. I may be competing in the future, even if it's just for fun (I'm 36 years old right now).

Here is my cycle:
1-10 Pharmacom Test E 300 mg x 2 = 600 mg per week
13-17 Nolvadex (AstraZeneca) 40mg/day; Clomid (Siphene) 50mg/day
^^On the PCT, I have seen a great deal of variability in approaches and doses. So I'm going to go with the middle ground, unless anyone can correct me here.

For AI, I have plenty of Pharmacom Arimidex 100mg tabs, plus I have AstraZeneca Arimidex 100 mg tabs for backup, in case the Pharmacom Adex is underdosed. I have a pill cutter for these.

BD 3 ml syringes, with 20 gauge needle, and separate 25 gauge needles. I'm going quads for now.

Diet is clean, and has been clean for the last 18 months. I'm at 3700-4000 cals a day, depending on what I'm training. I keep track of it using Fitday. My macros are close to 33% each.

I train six days a week, as follows: Saturday chest and tris; Sunday legs; Monday back and biceps; Tuesday 1 hour cardio and 30-45 minutes of abs; Wednesday shoulders; Thursday legs. This approach has been effective to my satisfaction. My legs have developed nicely (I really want jacked legs).

Gonna pin on Monday and Thursday.

Im only on creatine, fish oil, and coffee aside from the Test E.

I did do pre cycle bloods, and took my blood pressure.

I will be updating as I go. I hope you experienced dudes watch this thread, in case I have any issues. I workout pretty hard, so I expect and intend to get solid results. Any help is highly appreciated!

Hey Samus, good on you for posting and looking for advice - pretty shit that nobody replied.

As far as preparation and planning goes you are doing everything right (good diet, good consistent training & routine, not stacking on first course, have everything before you start etc.) and most importantly using the juice for the right reasons.

i would strongly advise you get some protein powder (lean powder, you can mix oats in if you want some carbs), and to look at some diet techniques like having one really high fat/protein/calorie meal a day to both shock your body and provide that extra calorie hit to get yourself up to 5Kcal/day (you will need it especially if you have an ectomorph body type). If you are particularly concerned about bulking and not definition you have a lot more leeway with your diet.

If you do a straight linear workout routine (ie. same sets/reps/weights on the same workout every week till you get stronger) it might be worth looking into undulating periodization routines and how you can adapt your routine to keep your body reacting to physical stimuli. The undulating periodization worked exceptionally well for me on my last course and continues to work well when i cycle off.

As for post cycle you will definitely not need the armidex, clomid and nolvadex. I have run an AI through a whole cycle (exemestane) then switched to Nolva for my PCT with great results. Maybe see how you react to the test first and use it as required. Unfortunately i have no experience with Arimidex so i will not advise you on dosing, but 4 weeks of nolvadex @ 20mg/day taking your first tab a week after your last test shot will be sufficient for PCT off a test cycle. In any case dont use Nolva for any more than 6 weeks (possible heptatoxicity).

Last but not least try and cycle your injection sites particularly if you are injecting bi-weekly. I always used quads and glutes to pin myself but any big muscle will do. With quads it would be worthwhile looking at an anatomy diagram before you shoot next as there is a nerve that runs left of centre down your right leg (and vice versa) that is easy to hit, and will result in a bent pin and much discomfort if you do hit it. Also if you hit an artery pull it out and dont inject the contents of the barrel if there is blood in it (blood will coagulate) ditch it and draw again.

All up you appear to be in the perfect position to get solid results off a cycle if you keep the status quo. Best of luck with your cycle and feel free to PM me if you have any trouble or need some advice.

forgot to mention; consider adding another rest day in there as its easy to fatigue yourself when you're gassed. AAS puts tremendous strain on your body for an extended period of time and that extra day of rest will help to stop you burning out when you hit your anabolic peak (enanthate esthers are generally wk5-10).

Also try and take it easy in the first 3 weeks, reason being you will feel full of energy because there is extra test active in your system but your blood plasma test levels have not yet stabilized within an anabolic range, so although you are getting the added energy & strength from the elevated test, you will not be benefiting from the full range of anabolic effects. I would even go as far as saying take a few blocks of 2-3 days off in the first 3 weeks to prime your body for mass growth once your test increases to stable anabolic levels.

Hi Samos.... Welcome to Bluelight.... My apologies for missing your post...

You seem to have everything in hand, not many people make so much effort researching and planning their first cycle...
I don't really have anything further to add...

What are you're plans for arimidex..? I personally wouldn't bother unless you show appreciable symptoms of E2 related side effects (I don't mean water bloat)..

Maybe last few days of your final week or so of testosterone to lower estrogen going into PCT, 0.5mg E3rd day.. (if PCT is your choice).. I'd taper off, and include taurine 4-5g/day, but that's me..!!
