You have a point. The science you can state all day long, you could probably even find a number of articles running counter to the study you just sited. But at the end of the day what sinks in? I donno valid question. All we can do is encourage people to do their own research, share what we know and try to keep the "broscience" to a minimum and stop perpetuating nonsense. The one thing we can push is the tried and true adage " Garbage in is Garbage out" and hope people take it to heart. But thing is, human nature fights this on a daily basis. We are by definition creatures of habit: programmed by nature to seek the safest route of least resistance. It breeds a half-assed approach to a lot of things. I'm just glad to see more people that put the work in. But I digress. I think we need a sticky on Diet, and or a sticky on common sense ( apparently its not common)

I'm just asking for a cutting cycle. It's anabolic thread, and I want advice only for AAS nothing more.

ok so your 6'1' roughly 215-220lbs correct? For me getting under ten % was a bitch. But what did it was dropping my calories per day by 800 ( a total of 2400cal from 3200cal/day) and I started running in the mornings, and started and ended my work outs with a hard session on the elliptical. The real bitch is keeping the muscle weight or at least controlling the loss, because face it your going to loose some but if your diet is spot the fuck on then your going to keep it to a minimum. Now I will lay out exactly what I am on currently its my cruise run so the dosages are low keep this in mind but for the sake of argument ill throw out my stats for you

now what I am running during my cutting cruise ^-^ 250mg/week Test Cyp,300mg EQ, 10mg GW-50156 and 25mg Ostairine ( I have been running these SARMs the last 60 days and will continue to run them until dec1st )

Now I don't know what your diet is or if this is going to help you any, though you could run that cruise at some modified dosages for a cut and add in say Epistane, but it comes down to calories out vs in when your loosing weight. All GF was saying is that yes AAS dose increase fat loss but in a very strict manner and in a given set of parameters and as I pointed out you can find a shit load of studies that say bollocks to that; so pick a camp I guess. HGH helps but again all depends on your goals, training and Diet of which we know nothing so if you want to fill us in on say a sample week of your training, and a sample day in your diet we can dial in the advise for you man. This includes what compounds to or not to take. Hell it could be a simple as increase your AI dosage to loose water and prevent aromatization or perhaps control a prolactin issue or any one of a thousand different variables in your given situation. Not trying to be a dick but hell I was a captain in the US Army 75th Ranger Reg, so I don't tolerate bull shit or people that are not willing to shut the fuck up and listen to people that have the intel on what your looking for where ever the advise is coming from. Just listen and you'll get your answer you might not like the answer to the question though. Come back at us with what I asked and we might help or fire at us a cycle your looking at and we can weight in ya on nay on that as well but seriously we can't give you a solid piece of advise from a general question like whats a good cutting cycle? Fuck that's like asking how do you get to Canada from Philly. Go fucking North. The point being, give us the specifics of your situation diet training ect ect and we can tailor our advise to you.

^^hows the GW treating you? Ive heard some people talked about temporarily losing strength on it since it claims to change priority of energy from carbs to fats?? Just looking to try something out that can maybe help with dropping a couple % in bf (havent incorporated cardio yet so could be a very nice synergy with starting running [you know my future goal] and adding in GW.) I dont buy the whole "gw causes cancer all over the body" either though apparently cox inhibitors or if you dont go over like 100mg/day youll be fine lol. Just want more info from someone who use(s) gw and how you liked it. -.- see I can make lil faces too :P
 
lol the GW is nice, this is the second time I have ran it. It takes a week or so to feel the full force of it, you'll see an uptick in endurance, not a hugely massive one but a very noticeable one. I don't really have the issue with a loss in strength though I have not gone above 10mg daily on it. The increase in endurance is nice it helps with glucose uptake to the muscles, helps regulate fat through a few different paths and by shifting the metabolisms preference to fat as opposed to carbs it helps maintain a generally anabolic enviroment wile still shedding excess fat with bare brass tacks muscle loss( given of course your diet is proper). Also in mice ( granted not a great analog for humans) it has been shown to prevent fat storage, even when fed a high fat diet, so it ends up a really nice ally when looking to cut, though frankly it really shines when combined with the ostirine. Lower cholesterol, positive shit in blood pressure, liver serum and an added boost to muscle building and an all around boost in energy and recovery as well as showing activity in bone tissue as well it helps a bit with the joints though nothing really to write home about unless your like me and have a bad joint ( for me a plus with the knees). Now granted I don't advocate high dosages, or even really extended periods of usage no more then 90 days just like a basic 12 week steroid cycle, also they require a PCT, not a heavy one but def a pct. Now this is moot for me as I blast and cruise, but some thing you should look at should you run a SARMs course. Hell like I said I had great results the last 60 days running this particular set up, with EQ and Test at cruise dosages its a real nice combo for intense endurance training and loosing some weight while holding onto as much muscle mass as possible. The thing to keep in mind is that they have their place and can be good tools but right now they are really under studied and by that I mean experimental so use common sense and pay attention to how you react. I get blood work done regularly and track the what when how and amount of every thing I take on a spread sheet, including all PEDs supplements and what I eat, as well as how I train so yeah OCD but its a great record to have when and if some thing goes wrong or you get contrary results to what was expected. But with all that said I like it and plan on using it again, especially now that I have it in capsule form, so easy to take no freaking oral solutions.

I have a few sarms sources ive looked into like unique, sarmssearch, etc but would prefer to order from a source that has first hand exp with someone I trust.
