First cycle blog, thoughts and suggestions?

Starting my first cycle mid/late jan.
Finally found a source that looks legit and am currently waiting on a small (tester) order.

doing my first cycle along with my training partner and our stats are:
Me,
21 y/o, 5 ft 10, 153 lbs, 10% BF.
been training since age of 14 constantly (your typical gym addict) had a year off from 2014-2015 due to lower back injury and other reasons. Been back at it since DEC/2014 and started a cut in June and went from 178lbs to where i am now 153.

my mate,
28 y/o, 6 ft 1, 207 lbs, 12% BF.
been training since he was 18 pretty much consistently, no breaks and is a beast tbf constantly accused of gear use already haha. he did a cut as well and went from 246lbs in june to where he is now, 207lbs.

Originally we was going to run a 15 week test e only cycle @ 500mg/week but the cycle is now going to be
15 weeks test e 500mg/week (2*250mg injects)
2 weeks dbol 20mg ed
4 weeks dbol 30mg ed (something like 20mg pre workout, 10mg at night, any sugestions?)

I have done a lot of research, since 2013 have always been interested but the last 6 months i have gotten serious and been researching a tonne. I know 15 weeks a over kill but we need to start in january and basically need to be on until late april so has to be done.
And i also know its best to keep the first cycle test only as nothing more is needed and it is best to see how we will react.
But long story short we have dbol so going to use it
So basically yeah thats the cycle.
planning on lean bulking so calories are going to be a few hundred above maintenance.

the real thing I want some advice with is the AI and PCT. I am planning on ordering enough nolvadex for 40mg ed for 2 weeks and then 20mg for another 2 weeks. for after my cycle.

I'm not sure wether to have clomid also? its a long cycle so im guessing it would be beneficial but i dont want to spend too much money as things are a bit tight.

Also I was wondering do most of you guys buy enough AI to take everyday for the whole cycle if you had to? im planning on buying enough for the first 6 weeks whilst on the dbol which should give me enough time to determine wether i need to buy any more?

What kind of suggestions are you looking for?
Cause youre too young and too small

Youre at the age and size you have the potential to becoming much bigger naturally before you have to turn to gear

If youre just gonna do whatever you want, we can try to give you some advice, but thats the first bit of advice i personally have for you
 
Welcome to the forum mate.

Personally I think that's too much AAS for a first cycle. You won't need anything like that much to make great gains. You'll simply be wasting your money and gear and making recovery harder for an additional 2-5lbs or so of watery gains that you'll lose as soon as your cycle ends. I'd recommend you save half of it for future cycles.

Instead try: 250mg Test/wk for 12 weeks (split into 2 injects/wk).

You won't need to run a PCT with that either. Just use the last 3 weeks to taper off:
Week 13: 125mg
Week 14: 62.5mg
Week 15: 62.5mg
OFF

And take 5g Taurine/day (split dose) throughout the cycle to help with recovery.

Also as Mike says, you're rather light to be on a first cycle... what does your typical diet look like?
 
The cycle imo looks good apart from your weight, body fat is pretty good and I have no issues with people running gear young if they know how to train and diet. My concern is your not as big as you could be before starting.

Something like enough prepared to be able to have 0.5mg adex ED?

And would nolva on its own be sufficient for PCT. I understand you can't tell me what's going to happen lol but I'm asking for like a general rule of thumb

And tbf I may leave the dbol out for a second cycle then, will see as saying I won't use it when it's just sitting there will be harder said then done lol

My weight is small as fuck! tbf I'm probably 9% body fat, you can't really grab any fat on me. My cut has been quite successful almost as if I'm going for a show. I've got this lean so I can 'lean gain' on cycle and see all the results and maybe do a show I'm not sure. I have a small frame and in a top u wouldn't think I lift but when my top is off you deffo can and misty everyone when they see me in a vest are shocked at how musclulsr I am.. Trying not to blow my own trumpet too much haha.
 
It really depends on what dosage your going to run, uve had a chat with CFC and from his personal experience it might be better to run the 250mg (I've never did it as I was of the belief I needed 500).if your running 250mg I seriously doubt it's going to be nessicerily. It's usually those with a higher bf should be worried but not so much at 250mg pw. Having 500mg per week is 9/10 times fine with no ai too.
I had an ai handy for my first cycle, then it expired, I've ran plenty since then without an ai but that's because I Know I don't need it.
My personal reccomendation is to definitely not run it from the get go, decide wether you want to pay for it as you may not need it and it's generally more expensive than the actual gear (unless you get the liquid stuff from certain other places on the Internet - don't ask me for a source, I'll tell you it's called liquidex find it yourself lol)
Saying that Its your personal choice wether to have it, I *personally* wouldn't But that is me and only me I'm not reccomending having or not having it.
If your doing pct, clomid is better standalone.

I'd do the dbol and shorten the cycle to 10 weeks it will yield the same results and not be as harsh on your recovery, also 20mg for 4 weeks is plenty. No alcohol at all in this time as very taxing on the liver. And liver protection is a scam.

Your bf is very good, but it's not optimal to have a low complete level of muscle mass (compared to what it could be, not putting you down here) before cycling. I'm going to assume your not going to take the advice to bulk up a bit first, because I didn't, and if you ask me would I do it all again different the answer would be no I would not. Again that's just me also being young, impatient and having generally less regard for my health than most posters here.

So to summarise if your running lower test ai shouldn't be an issue.
Personally I'd run dbol but shorten the cycle.
Clomid for pct rather than nolva. .

Most of my views are not based on science, more limited experience compared to other posters like gf and CFC. I'm giving advice based on knowing your going to be impatient and most likely do what you want anyway if you don't like the advice we give cus fuck it I did it too.

0.5mg adex ED is overkill for most people... as previously stated lower the dose to 250mg/week, drop the dbol and there should be no need for adex on cycle or nolvadex for PCT...

0.5mg adex E3D in the last week of testosterone might be prudent to manage estrogen end of cycle...
