Bupe First bupe dose, need help

First lemme give some history in the shortest possible way
Herion-bupe-herion-bupe-herion-methadone-lil bit of heroin-bupe
Thats over about 6 years so i do have some experince, but i dont know wtf going on right now and need srs help!

Ok so i was on methadone 130mg, got busted moving K n E and popped into rikers for a bit, they lowered my dose there to 40 (yup they give u methadone aint NYC great!!!!) I came out went up to 60 because i was still pretty fucking sick, then i decided well im going to jail eventually so i need to get off this crap asap, so i stopped taking my methadone last saturday, used heroin (ugh it was horible i hate heroin now) for what i thought would be about a month long of heroin use to allow my body to detox from the methadone, after 6 days i couldnt take it anymore i didnt wana shoot dope.

so i went and got on bupe (subutex, i refuse to take the OJ ones they grose as fuck make me gag) so yesterday i did about 15 bags and then another bag around 10pm, took my first bupe dose around 3am when i woke up from withdrawl (not totally sure it was a pretty foggy wakeup, i took 2mg of xanax and 150mg of serquel so i dunno how i even woke up but i assume the WD must of been painful enough to wake me.

I wokeup again at 7am sick as fukkkkkkkkkkkk, i stayed in bed just popping 4mg every hour untill i hit 16mg and said FUCK THIS i was so sick i went got dope, 15 bags did them all 1 shot they did nothing (yes i kno dangerous but i knew i had to do a shiton to kick the bupe barrier out) well this didnt work, my head (brain actually) feels clogged like its flooded

TL;DR-
Im a idiot, and what i need to know iz:
I took 2 8mg subutex (4mg a hour, for 4 hours)
I was sick as hell and copped 15bags, shot them all didnt feel a damn thing, didnt even get well.
Now that i was a idiot and put more heroin in my body do i need to wait untill fullfledge withdrawal AGAIN to avoid pre- cip

Or because the heroin never made it into my receptors (trust me i feel it floating around in my brain, feels like its swollen!) can i take more bupe and maybe feel a little better? Actually right now i feel OK except for the remaining leg cramps from RLS during withdrawal

I've said it before...methadone is THEE evil monkey & it seems like forever to pry those grubby paws from your back. I kicked 8 months of 40-60 mg. day (for chronic pain) by using very high quantities - insufflated/plugged Dilaudid for 18 days before switching back to bupe' and I still felt a slight cringe (past 24 hours) the first couple days. (IMO) this is one of a few easy ways to make the switch

When can i safely take a sub next? 12pm EST is when i did that baghs

I cant give an educated, but only a (g)estimated opinion, but the methamoan is more likely to keep causing the p.w's than the H... Alot of people will dissagree picture yer' receptors as velcro and full on agonist opiates unattaching a few hooks at a time, little by little for a numerous amount of days...for me, it would be way too hard w/ a less aggressive approach

I think you took the subutex too early and shouldve waited longer than a few hours after your last use. But that is meaningless now just a lesson to learn for the future.

I actually have seen this happen before and ive done it where someone gets dope after they have already dosed bupe and it doesnt work so you wanna just stick to the bupe. It should be ok to take the bupe because the dope never even got back on the receptors because of the bupe. I have done it before and was ok and so has another guy i used to know.

That prec withdrawal is no joke tho

Sub Shooter is right, you can dose buprenorphine safely if you do a bunch of heroin but don't feel it. if you do get an effect off of heroin then your bup[e has worn off.

The only time you will get precip W/D's is if you are sober, take full agonist opiates, and follow up with buprenorphine while the full agonists are in your system.
