I've been reading Bluelight threads for a while now and finally decided to join! I want to come down off of pain pills, so I recently got ahold of some benzodiazepines because I hear that helps with the withdrawals. Im looking for suggestions on how much to take and how long. Any extra information on things that help with WDs would be much appreciated. Also have some Ambian. Would that help too?
