Are you against smoking a little of the marijuana?
One gram seems like a good dose but then again you could always put .8 to each one and if you find the effects to be weak (Which is pretty unlikely but happens) then the .4 smoked between both of you should really push it up a level.
But if you prefere to avoid smoking any of it, just go with the full gram, I'm a VERY anxious person and smoking weed can make me go a little insane but when i use to eat mj rice crispys i would always get a relaxed and warming high from it, maybe because it's so subtle and your lungs aren't being bombarded with an instant BANG.
