Finished up grad school, lowered stim dose and feeling better but need more help

Was on Adderall XR 30 mg and Adderall IR mg for the bar exam and in a questionable toxic relationship the entire time in law school only talking to my gf basically, but I knew things had to change after this test and I had to be more sociable with people around me again. I asked my doc to prescribe me Dexedrine spansules 10 mg and adderall ir 15 mg tabs. After the exam, I went right to the dex spansules and it was incredible. Way better than Vyvanse for me (Vyvanse gave me ED) and don't think they'll be any ED issues either. Only thing is I ran out of them too quick (10 mg is a low dose) and Vyvanse just isn't the same as dex. The addy tabs gave me anxiety as they normally did in the past but took them to come down from higher doses. Was in the midst of accepting a huge position out of state that was paying for housing and everything and now all of a sudden im not too crazy about it.

I should mention I tried to come off the Lexapro 10 mg and couldnt do it, even with low dose klonopin, I'm going to need a higher dose of Adderall XR 30 mg with klonopin or something to come off because SSRI withdrawals are so bad for some reason. I can only fill Adderall XR, Vyvanse, increase my Dex spansule dose to 15 mg from 10 mg, or try Evekeo. I think Lexapro actually makes me more confident and helps me so don't know if I really want to kick that as much as I use too, but if Only Dex Spansules came in higher doses. Should I give Evekeo a shot or go back up to Addy XR 30 mg in your opinion? My doc leaves it up to me pretty much which isn't really smart but wanted some thoughts. thanks
 
Well Evekeo is just racemic amphetamine in an immediate release form. I imagine you still may have the same issues with it as Adderall. Im a little unclear if Adderall XR gives you anxiety as well as the IR form. If so, try raising the Dexedrine and why not a boost with IR dextroamphetamine instead of Adderall?
 
Grad school and the bar exam, and you are asking us for advice. I know for sure we are fucked!!!
