Finally clean

I've spoken a few times on bluelight about trying to stop using opiates, and after 9 years im a week straight! I feel better, normal , with a bizarre energy and emotional overload of sorts. As cheesy as it sounds I feel reborn. Thankyou for the support and entertainment over the years bluelight, but I feel our relationship is over, for the time being atleast. Much love to you all.

a week clean after using for 9 years? My dear friend. That's the easy part. Now the real struggle begins. If only it ended after detox. If only that was all it took to conquer yer addiction & live a fulfilling clean drug free life from then on. As difficult it was kicking an opiate addiction cold turkey, & believe me bro I kno how viciously hard that is. The next months coming up on a difficulty scale, will make those first days withdrawing feel like a Swedish massage. good luck
