I was just wondering if the filters on a ciggarette remove ANY Amount of Nicotine and would smoking it without a filter deliver more?

They definitely do, I believe its something like 30% of it along with about that much of the total smoke it creates. Smoking unfiltered easily gives you more of a head buz though if you switch to them for good your body will just get used to it . I've always been curious about the filters getting partially burnt and whether or not that makes smoking filtered more harmful but I've never been able to find anything on it.

yeh its the same as trying to smoke weed as a filter because the filter will absorb most of the THC

as for filters getting partially burnt, i stop smoking when im about 5 hits from the filter, because i do notice it starts tasting plasticy/filtery when i get too close, which cant be good for health

that being said i dont recommend switching from filtered to straight up if thats what your getting at, tastes so rank

I don't know the answer but if you must smoke....buy your own tobacco (organic is available in some markets) and roll your own with or without a filter. I have no evidence but I am convinced it is cleaner, it definitely smells less, it is far cheaper, and more sophisticated.

You spend less, smell better, and I think it is healthier (with or without filter). Your targeted sex partner will like you better for it because you won't smell like big tobacco and it is unique enough to make other potential sex partners notice. :)

some colognes use tobacco scent for a richer, stronger, lower notes usually found during the colder seasons. I enjoy the scent (I used to wear these types) and definitely received compliments.
as for smoking the tobacco, I'm a Newport guy. no ifs, ands or buts.

I'd encourage any smoker to still try it. You can buy menthol and then you won't be a sucker for big tobacco. m Once you start saving the money and you still get your nicotine fix, you won't look back.

I rolled my own for a long time when I was a broke junkie. tried every local brand of rollie but nothing gets me like new ports. they are the "heroin of cigarettes" to me. speaking of smelling like cigs, old veteran is sitting next to me at the docs office reeking of coffee and Marlboros lol.

Rolled my own unfiltered for 20 years. destroyed my teeth. Use a filter, is my advice =D

can always roll your own with filters. can always buy bags of filters or do like I used to and dig through my ash tray for old cig butts and use those filters lol.
