Where the hell was he in this movie? I don't remember him being in it at all......but then again I have only seen it from the begining maybe once..I've seen the middle to the end maybe 20 times...

Yeah what was up with that??!?!!?! I thought he was the main character in Deep Blue Sea from the previews.
Another film in which he gets literally 3 minutes of screen time = GoodFellas , but that was more of a cameo appearance.

How can this even be in the series when Jason himself only has 10 minutes of screen time?!!?!?!?!?!
I just think the quality of the film was degraded because we never actually got to see him with his signature hockey mask until the end of the film.
What a ripoff!

^^ Hard to talk about 'quality of film' when talking about the friday the 13th series (even more so, the 9th movie within this drawn out series).
