I know nothing about the movie save that Sandler plays a Sayeretnik and likes Hummus. I like Sandler usually, aside from that Chanukkah cartoon with the bald little man. With Jam's glowing review though, I will have to absolutely see it although I might have difficulty getting it here (Philippines).


Out of curiosity Jam, what did you find degrading? A dance?

It seems many people mixed up my negative review with the offence I took.

Even if the movie was about martians and venusians, I simply found it to be embarrassingly bad (as in, I was thinking "I hope no one knows I'm watching this") just like every other sandler movie I've seen, but a bit worse.

I love the fact that almost everyone who said they find it funny were stoned when they watched it!

I usually never make this statement but this IS one movie which I could do better than .

atrocious "film"

this movie was terrible. i accidentally gave it two stars. fuck!!!! here's my review in a nutshell:

don't mess w/ the zohan is a middle eastern chunk of shit in a basket a woman with a rag on her head would carry back to the hut and let it ferment for six days before she & the rest of the family huffed it to get high cuz they somehow ran out of hashish and heroin.

Adam sandler...what the hell happened to that guy?
