Fuck yes. Better than Guillermo Del Toro's other two "horror" films, "The Devil's Backbone" and "Pan's Labyrinth" - and they were both very good too.

del toro produced it, but it wasn't directed or written by him. directed by juan antonio bayona and its his first full length film. kudos to you, juan.

loved the exterior/interior shots of the old house, reminded me of danvers state hospital in 'session 9'

I cant wait until it hits pay per view. I loved Pans Labrynth, (its my current favorite trip movie) and I really hope this is as good. Anyone know if it is also subtitled?
