anybody else seen this? used to quite like terry pratchetts books and thought this might be worth a watch but alas no. have tried twice to watch it and had t turn off after about 20 minutes each time- its so fucking annoying and unfunny- i reaaly dont see how it got a 7.5 rating on imdb
is it really as shite as i think or am i missing something here?

Saw this the other day and was totally dissapointed. I loved the book. It seems that whoever made this seemed not to understand that some things that are funny in print don't translate to funny on the screen. It lacks the cleverness that Hitchikers Guide to the galaxy had. Pity.
