You can pretty much tell that it's crap just by looking at the trailer. To me it looks like nothing more than a cash-in. Especially as they didn't get any of the original cast members (not that there were many left to choose from ).

I actually enjoyed the first one (much to my surprise). I love horror movies, but ones of recent times just don't ever seem to impress me. Plus remakes seem to annoy the hell out of me too. But the first one was alright for what it was. This one won't get my attention I'm afraid

Part 2 sucked for serveral reasons... I really didn't like the fact they went underground, took away from some of the mood, besides I hate that kind of darkness.. this is why part 1 was pretty good, more light= good...

Also, they could have run with the marine/ mutant storyline more creatively, Oh I dunno, more gun fightes, or whatever.

Part 2 sucked hardcore.

never saw it, but when i used to do a lot of acid i'd be tripping and the previews would come on for it and FREAK ME THE FUCK OUT hahaha

after finally seeing it (glad i waited until it was ondemand)

- yeah, cant wait until part two 8)

- there was a clinking belt buckle and so on before they cut away from lizard and the girl. i assume that means he getting his pants off and cock out which is completely not called for in any way. really, i appeal to you people out there in film makers' land. i can be thrilled, scared and psychologically tortured in many other ways than a gratuitous rape that has no place in the movie. try something new. disgust from the public does not equal fear or good movie making
