Demon possession, devilish cheerleaders, and Satanic rock stars are all on the chopping block with this horror comedy from the production team behind Juno. Screenwriter Diablo Cody provides the script, with producing duties handled by Jason Reitman and Dan Dubiecki. The story centers on an impish high-school student (Amanda Seyfried) who has to protect her town against her best friend, Jennifer (Megan Fox), who after being bedeviled by an evil rock band, develops a taste for human flesh. Girlfight's Karyn Kusama directs the Fox Atomic production.

Anyone else looking forward to this?. A little bit Ginger Snaps, a little bit Mean Girls. Nothing like a bit of trashy nonsense. :D

Sorry TG but I gotta agree with the boys here....there's just something about Megan Fox that screams "Look at me!!!! Im SOOOOOOOOOOO hot" and it's frankly getting to be a huge utter bore.
I liked her in Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen though..where she played wat else? A vapid bitch (aaaages ago)

For once I'd like to see her go against type.

To be fair, I think I've been far less exposed to her than most people would have. I mean, I've never even actually seen her in anything.

To be honest I'm more interested in the Diablo Cody side of things. I think I was just dazzled by that HD trailer.

diablo codyspeak is always hit or miss, more miss to me, seems she tries too hard to be clever. i guess i shouldn't have been expecting any scares in this horror but gah, totally lackin in the gore department as well. i found this movie rather boring.

first time seeing megan fox in anything, did a decent job i suppose. i liked the actress who played her best friend "needy" oh and the thing about the indie rock band was beyond ridiculous lol and how they wrapped up things in the end was lame, had a nice set up for a glorious blood bath of sorts but noooo take the cheap, weak way out.

So did anyone else make the terrible mistake of seeing this movie? I actually thought the trailer looked scary and it looked like an okay movie and I went and saw it. The whole time, my sister didn't stop laughing, and I really felt like I wasted forty bucks and two hours of my life. I couldn't tell if they were being serious or not... Anyone else?
