one of the only horror films in recent times to actually be scary. the twist had me a little upset at the end, but on second viewing it all made sense. the "how could that happen" questions are answered by the fact that the killer is telling the story for the police or whoever at the beginning so most of what we see is her recollection. the scene near the end is the most hardcore i've seen in a horror film in years, although i am yet to see "wolf creek". brilliant film that reinvigorates the slasher genre.

How much do I hate this movie? Let me count the ways. It tries to be 10 movies at once(Texas Chainsaw Massacre,Identity,Psycho,etc)and fails miserably. I thought it was ok until the twist ending. Spoilers below.

Why did she kill her friend's family? Where did the truck come from? How was she driving the car and ramming herself with the truck at the same time? Why was this piece of shit made in the first place? There are enough plot holes for 20 different movies. Tiny as that girl was,yet she had the strength to ram a dresser into a man's head and completely rip it from his body. Not to mention,overpower her friend and gag and chain her. Speaking of,I thought that was Stephen Tyler from Aerosmith for a while. Great googly moogly,that was one ugly chick! Everyone in the theater was laughing from the beginning. And don't even get me started on that Abba-esque music they kept playing. Fucking French couldn't make a decent movie if we gave them a script.

It was a cool idea, but a really good movie wouldn't leave you punching holes through all of the logistics of how things actually happened. It would be self-explanatory after a quick montage of reality scenes, but this movie didn't really try for it. Kind of a shame, since other than that everything was pretty creepy. Endings like that deserve more finesse, though.

yeah she's hot. I gave it three stars because even if the ending wasn't finessed enough, it's hard to find any horror movie these days with that amount of tension and actual horror.

I hate this film with a passion because it's a complete plagiat of "Intensity" by Dean Koontz... And I love this book ^^

Seriously it's a fucking scandal, Koontz should sue the producter of that garbage movie...
