Film: Groove

i liked Groove quite a bit. and i first saw it when i knew absolutely nothing about ecstasy and the rave scene. i just watched it for what it was and i liked it, now that im into the whole scene, everything makes more sense to me now.

Delightful message there, but I think you're more likely to find Groove is in the bargain bin.

never seen it... i've wanted to see it but i havn't had many opinions on it... would it be worth watching at all?

If you were into the rave scene in the mid or late 90's then if nothing else it'll have you waxing nostalgic. It's a decent flick worth checking out.

Not a very good movie although it was admittedly a bit better than I expected.

yea ill have to agree it was cheesy as hell but entertaining at least......Liked the music and the X depiction was somewhat accurate

I definately liked Groove...I appreciate what these guys did. As an ex- promoter myself, I like how these kids pooled their money and made this film. Just getting a film made is a big deal..trust me and Digweed WOULD spin a party like that...hell, I had some big names spin in my living room back in the day!! haha I think it was a positive depiction of the scene(back then) abit Hollywood but cool nonetheless....some old timers can atest to this!!!!
