Film: Green Street Hooligans

It's pretty dire. The acting is bad. The actors accents seem to change constantly. Just can't take Frodo seriously as a hooligan. Lacks any really substance.

There are better hooligan / football films out there. Not recommended.

Hooligan firms do exist and yeah they did arrange fights. Police cracked down alot on them and raided houses arrested people, don't hear much about it these days.
