It's almost impossible for me to give any kind of review of this film without giving away the whole plot. This was a typical dishevelled, dazed but determined Harrison Ford type of action flick. Ford was predictable, Rajskub was credible, the rest of the script was just too far out. Where on earth the main villain managed to scramble together such a shapeless, insubordinate crew for such a complex, top level heist is beyond me. The writer must have had writer's block and decided to just plagiarise Die Hard I, dumb it down a bit for a PG rating and hope no one would notice. There were too many instances during the film where the plot was steered in completely the wrong direction, where the characters said or did precisely the wrong thing. Small details, which, if changed, could have made this film so much better. As it stands...
It will be a great TV reruns feature though, alongside Die Hard and The Fugitive.
I'll give it three stars out of five.
