I can't wait, they have a real opportunity to win back the whole superhero scene. If they don't fuck it up like they did with the hulk and daredevil (what a faggot ass superhero in the first place...) then I think we could be headed towards a new and brighter horizon. I was *just* talking about how I would love to see 'the thing' in a movie and then days later, lo and behold, the Fantastic Four trailer comes out! Woohooo!

Don't let me down, Hollywood.
 
Update : Trailer rocked! I love michael chiclas and the nip/tuck guy so lets hope they do as good of a job on this movie as they did on The Shield and Nip/Tuck! <both of which rocked>

This trailer got me pumped! I like how chiclas looks more like an ugly yet freakishly strong human then some smooth computer generated bullshit like the hulk.
 
wow that trailer was incredible. i kept telling myself that marvel will never be able to pull off a great movie, maybe this is it. they've made good movies, like x-men and spider-man 2 (not 1), but not great ones.

interesting how it's mostly a television cast as the main crew, well alba has been in movies. and is that julian mcmahon as doom? that should be good.

anyone know what that song is in the trailer?
 
This preview was the only part of going to see "ELEKTRA" that didn't suck ass!

I have always loved The Thing - although I am not sure I am really blown away with how they decided to render his skin and his size. I would have love to have seen him done more like The Hulk - massive and menacing. The Human Torch looks amazing, and I agree that Jessica Alba does make a great choice for the Invisible Woman. As for Mr. Fantastic, I expect to see a whole lot of the "morphing" effect that made the T2000 from Terminator-2 so damn badass. Throw in a great script and a kick ass soundtrack and we just might have ourselves one hell of a summer blockbuster.

Dude... that was Corin Nemic... not the same actor. I think the last thing Parker Lewis was in was The Stand. Coolness.

Sorry folks, but this ones gonna be a stinker. Jessica Alba may be nice to look at, but so is Jennifer Garner and we all know how well Elektra has done.

The only upside to this whole affair is the fact that they used APC's "Counting Bodies" in the trailer. I was walking by an auditorium in my theater while the trailer was playing and I heard the unmistakable "go-to-sleep-go-to-sleep-go-to-sleep". I thought I was tripping or something, cause that's not a song I EVER thought I'd hear at work.

It can't get worse than The Hulk . . .
In fact, this looks alot better, although, with The Hulk being produced by Lee, I did have high expectaitons, youre probably right.

oh, and daredevil was probably even worse than hulk
 
Although I can't say that daredevil is worse than Hulk, because I never saw the hulk... But daredevil was just fucking terrible! and vegan you're right i want x-men 3 through 1928374839 same with spider-man. I kind of like ths movie genre....
