Figured I Should Join

I have been browsing the forums for years about experience with different substances and see what everybody else went thru . I am 31 years young and have only been clean once since i was 14. I Stayed stopped even with alcohol for a little over a year came back to my home turf had a beer and that started my slippery decline back into addiction .... i am here to gain insight on what helped others beat this constant mindfuck we go thru daily and maybe make a few friends with similar intrests .
