Opioids fetty where r u

heard a few weeks or months back that there was a big bust by the mexican government because the US was talking about how they should be more strict i think is what people were saying the reason was... i dunno. governments probably cracking down... there's a ton of that stuff being shipped though, so some may pass through the borders, and your supply could be back up again... could be all xilene or whatever it is shit too... who knows.. not really a good thing to be into either way... but yeah. maybe search up fentanyl drug busts in your area or wahtever.. if your from cali, mexico is probably a place your people could've been getting it.
 
^^^^^i find oxycontin kind of unenjoyable, so i can't imagine what the deal is with fentanyl... some people feel so bad naturally that it's worth it for them to take shit drugs maybe. i dunno. kind of sad/sickening imo... but i'm a pot head and some people look down on that and say it makes them feel shitty, so to each their own.

Personally, I love opioids-- especially oxycodone. Loved 'em a bit too much for a long time. But fentanyl is one of the least enjoyable. Kills physical pain, but that's about it. Considering the risks, why fuck with something that doesn't provide euphoria?

But you're right. Sadly, some people are so miserable that they'll take anything to blunt reality. The possibility of death is a plus.

Yeah up here in Northeast Oregon we're actually getting some that is cut with I don't know what but it's making my heart almost palpate I'm not sure how to describe the feeling I've been getting after smoking that no which I have been doing for at least a year and a half and it started with the blues and they weren't strong enough progressed to the powder which I have been in love with for like I said a year and a half but up here we pay for point that's $10 a point $10 for .1gram. it's insane and I'm exhausted cause I work off jobs and yard work to supply my habit but I only get around $20/ he so I'm doing about a gram day . But recently I've been having these symptoms when I smoke fetty powder I was wondering if anyone else is having these 1) my vision tunnels2) I feel dizzy and not a good dizzy 3) my heart races and I feel weak.
Does anyone know what is happening to me ? I can't ask my DR... But I also get really high blood pressure after for a short time. Like 221/ 140 pulse 125. Plz let me know if anyone else has been experiencing this and let me know if I continue. I going to die?
 
I can't get used to the idea of people getting used to fentanyl and see it like any other drug.
I sure understand people using it after h was gone in N America, they need something to stop the sickness, but it allways amazed me how people have familiar names to it, like fent, fetty, etc ..
It's like having no other option but with deal with Satan and to call him Satty or something.

I have no idea what's in it to be causing that but you sure as hell need to get that blood pressure under control. You could be looking at a stroke and that's a crappy thing to go through. Obviously it's better to use higher quality fetty but aside from that, I guess get a script for blood pressure meds, take baby aspirin ( reduces stroke risk), improve your diet could help. But see a doctor!
 
The Sinaloa cartel has ramped production down 30% and the sourcing from China is a bit more restricted now after the government there cracked down not too long ago. Now, all reserves are beginning to dry up. So, this is part why we see nitazenes starting to pop up all over in the USA and Canada. But, also, because of the shortage of opium coming from middle east demand for nitazenes is up in Europe too. Here there is a heightened demand because the heroin cannot be produced as easily, and plus transport is easier with nitazenes. While fentanyl has never been a big problem, the nitzenes seem to be much more popular. I hear in the UK the opioid overdoses have skyrocketed recently because of the nitazenes. There people are advertizing that it is a "safe alternative" to fentanyl on Facebook where the vendors are selling the product! Bunch of people in Ireland I think it was just overdosed on them in prison not too long ago, and another person in Norway overdosed as well. Not to mention all the other random occurrences in the EU. Anyway, my point is you want to be after nitazenes now because if you can find a good supplier of those, then you will be better off once all the fentanyl finally dries up.

Oh, and whoever mentioned the Xylazine in USA: It is mostly just in the Eastern USA I understand. The West coast has no major issue with it due to different supply routes/cartels trafficking the product. So, consider this fact as well...

@Dragonfly33 you may be having exposure to the nitazenes which have different toxicities than the fentanyl drugs. Get test strips from Bunk Police to make sure. I say this because I know nitazenes are particularly becoming common where you live.

Sounds like maybe the BTMPS. If that stuff is really as common as the article says, then maybe it needs a whole thread devoted explicitly to it, like with xylazine

Yeah, I am leaning toward it as well. I am trying to think of the impurity found in one of the samples of nitazenes in New Zealand (or was it Australia? I can't recall now...) that I had heard about. All I remember from the report I am referencing is that it was something used in the fuel systems of cruise missiles as well. Pretty scary stuff to be putting into ones body, but that seemed like an isolated incident so I doubt that is actually it. Definitely leaning more toward the BTMPS, and the reports of cardiovascular issues is not uncommon near this user either. There is definitely some type of impurity going around all over the West coast right now, but without further testing we may not be able to be certain what it is exactly that is affecting @Dragonfly33 though the bug spray/plastic smell/taste would narrow it down a bit...

Well, ideally one would be getting pure fentanyl or sufentanil or ohmefentanil or something and be aware of its purity so as to be able to dose it correctly. The impurity would be easily processed by the body such as lactose or mannitol or whatever, not fucking jet fuel and/or plastic precursors or whatever. So maybe that is what the difference is here haha

Yes! Im in delaware. The bags of fent "switched" about 8 months back. I was doing IV getting a really weird ZING . Now my health is totally deteriorating. Need to fix every few hours get fits of redness, hand tremors, blood pressure drops. Feel like im dying. And the worst, getting brain zaps. No access to anything else. Feel like I'm stuck.

It’s really isn’t if it’s straight fent. Probably at the top as far as opioids used medically for pain management via the transdermal patches. I’ve never seen a better system for chronic a pain management than the fentanyl patch.

As a recreational opioid I give it a A- or a B.

Maybe all the fent on the street sucks but pure or pharma grade fent is great
 
There was the biggest drug lab bust in Canadian history about a month ago im pretty sure it was in BC. They said on the news it was ran by Mexican cartel. Maybe that affected everybody from the top down. And the US is clearly paying more attention to the issue these days. In all honesty I hope they can phase this shit right out and maybe people can go back to Heroin. Which in all honesty to me was much more manageable to be a daily user than this insane poison tranq garbage .
