Opioids Fetty Powder cut with weird white little clumps how to extract or filter it out? Need help aSaP♤♡◇♧

Got some fetty powder cut with something idk if it's baking soda or what but it expands and foams when I melt it from the top of the foil. I am thinking this might be baking soda but whatever it is I'm wondering if there's a way to cook it similar to Crack to extract the fetty or does anyone have a way to get rid of the little white clumps? All of my tutors are getting clogged super fast with some bullshit and it's been hell on my lungs smoking little white balls of God knows what.
 
What did you end up doing? Weird I’ve never had that.
By chance do you know of any ways to get the powder to clump up?
