Fetanyl iv use

So I'm a IV user and I always went in the crooks of my elbow well I can't go there right now bc I can't get blood so I've been resting them and leaving them alone so I tried my hands and I got blood and it was fine then the next time it took a min to actually get blood when I did I injected but guessing I slipped out or something bc now it's like swollen I guess like a lil ball u know ... Did I just miss and what should I do put heat on it then Cold or what ??? Plz answer thank you

@Breezy14 yeah you missed. Keep a close eye on it that it doesn't go red/hot/painful or it could be an abscess forming in which case get to the hospital ASAP for antibiotics you could lose a hand or worse.
In the meanwhile use a warm cloth and apply pressure and rub/massage it in a circular motion for 15 mins.
Then apply ice for the swelling for 15 mins.
Then switch back to heat.
Repeat

Hands are a weird one. Ive missed a few times but i shoot ket which actually absords SC so I'm lucky. I know heroin and coke and other things that cant be shot SC can be a major problem. Not sure about fent tbh. Good luck.

SC means subcutaneous aka skin popping, like an IM (intramuscular) shot but not as deep.

Google imagine search vein map..
Use a tourniquet. Do push ups or lift weights to get a good pump.
Theres a good one on the thumb side of the inside of your wrist, also the same one is really easily hitable lower down if you spread your index and thumb apart, put your hand flat on a table and lift your thumb up you can see it, that one can take some abuse. Its thicker than the other hand ones.
What about your cephalic vein (the one that runs up the bicep).
Infact he 2 i mentioned earlier are also the cephalic, so look for that on the vein map, I reckon ive done a good couple thousand hits at least in my cephalic on my right arm and it still works, my left arm one is long dead unfortunately.

Making sure your hydrated and applying heat pre injection will bring out veins for injection. Running hands under clean hot water will make veins rise.
