The line-up so far is awful, the only reason to go for me is the Slam Tent and it doesn't justify the ridiculous ticket price. Always a good laugh at T but there's too many fucking bams cutting about the campsite.
 
Would love to see chemical brothers but im on holiday for it so :/

Got tickets for boomtown, probs going to volunteer shambala and maybe womad
 
meh got a chance to see ultra in splitt (croatia) this year, not sure what i will do...

want to do a english fest this year for some reason, though i willl do over the dam this summer for sure :)
 
bestival will be quite a suprise to you, nice place my mate said . let me kno what ui thought :)
 
its all about the smaller Irish Festivals for me again this year. Better vibes, better drugs, less rules, cheaper tickets. :D
 
Whats on this year headfuck? Always wanted to go to Life Festival.
 
Just got an invite for a 5 day festival in a small village in the Bulgarian mountains.. Sure, I'll go! :D
 
Heh, I presume you're not the folk singer called Beans on Toast? I shall also be at Eden. Should be a good'un.
 
Has anyone been to lowlands festival in holland before? We're thinking of doing a couple nights in amsterdam before or after and combining the 2 but we're unsure of how easy getting stuff in will be

A couple of mates went a few years ago and loved it:) They said security was very relaxed. Not sure how it would be now though.

Used to go there years ago, think I went there 5 times or so. Getting stuff in is relatively simple, no dogs or whatever, just make sure you hide it well (personal fav was on the bottom of my sleeping bag). Random bag searches do take place but the chance of them actually unrolling your sleeping bag and going through it is really slim.

In general I've noticed security here in NL getting less and less strict at festivals. Just three days ago I wandered into Pitch festival and security didn't even feel my pockets :)

Stewarded it last year, very good small hippyish festival, loved it! Not a single prick about, definitely not that kind of festival. Must admit I felt it lacking in size a bit, but there's plenty going on

I've not been myself but have friends who attended. Think family friendly and theatrical - you gotta dress up ;)

Ah sweet, yes I figured it was a hippy type shindig - I'm not one for massive gatherings so sounds ideal :)

Family friendly is fine (as long as I don't have to interact with any kids when I'm gurning my face off - and I have been warned of the dress up.

The only thing I have I can bring is this...
